We were extremely disappointed with our experience. We picked out a unique bed and 2 night stands. We planned on matching 2 other bedroom pieces from another line to complete our bedroom. They had to order the other 2 pieces; we put money down to hold for a week when the pieces would be in the store. A day after our agreement was made they called and said that they sold our bed to someone else. Because of the uniqueness of the bed, ordering another one would not work for us. They made several excuses why they did what they did. With further discussion they agreed to cancel the sale and would honor our agreement. So a week later we went down to look at our whole bedroom set. To our dismay they had sold our bed and replaced it with another. Not even close in appearance. I asked why they did so and they made excuses. They did not give us the courtesy to save us a trip. They actually became rude. They said we could get our refund back, like that was a big deal. The blame is not only on the employee but the owner, Randy, who knew what was happening. This is a new update on my previous review. I have since been approached by the owner and she was very apologetic for the misunderstanding. We have since bought more things from her store and will continue to do so with confidence. With Covid-19 deliveries were just a nightmare and not this store owners fault. Beautiful things in this store! Buy with confidence.

cal king mattress has been delayed and would not arrive until Wednesday. On Wednesday we go back to the store and we are told it won't come in until the following day. Well guess what?!!!! I recently purchased for the first time an England sofa set from Sedona Digs and David provided excellent customer service from the outset to post-purchase. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to discuss the furniture I was looking at, as well as the fabric, and always took the time to answer questions I had up until the delivery. I was able to take samples home so I could see what would work. My furniture was delivered today and the 2 delivery guys were professional, courteous and friendly and wanted to make sure everything was good before they left. They also relocated the existing furniture. I am very impressed with Sedona Digs, from their wide selection of quality furniture with different price levels, to their service.
