Overall I had a great experience with everyone that was involved with my new mattress purchase with the exception of the delivers. Mike Zeller was extremely helpful in buying my new mattress. He never pressured me in buying anything and he helped me save about 35% on the total of my mattress. I had told him that I needed a good priced item that I could finance under my companions name so that she may start building credit, he told me what he could do and how he could do it and now my companion is building credit for something more expensive like a house.
Next were the movers I paid to deliver my mattress and set it up unfortunately I did not get their names. They did communicate to much about anything they were going to do or any unforeseen events that happened, they did not talk much in general. If I could I would give the movers a 3 star review. They showed up right on time and gave me a heads up call. They also were very fast in setting up my adjustable bed frame and get everything in my house safely without damaging anything. On the other hand they either broke one of the legs on my bed or just installed a broken leg on my bed either way they never told me about it which really upset me that they cant own up to what they did, I only found out because I was looking to see how everything worked on my bed and noticed the leg was bent.
As soon as I noticed it I called Mike and he apologized on their behalf and told me that he would have someone out to replace it asap.
Last were the guys who came out to do the repair/replacement, I also did not get their names, but I would give them a 5 star review without a second thought. When they should up they were very friendly, professional and fast. They asked what was wrong, so I told them and they immediately told me that they could easily fix it. Once they replaced the leg they made sure to gently set up everything so they would not hurt any of the legs. All while this was going on they took the time to get to know me a little and become my friends pretty much.
All in all they were a wonderful company I had amazing experience with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a mattress. If anyone from Mattress Firm who helped me read this I would just like to so thank you very much I appreciate all the work...

I ordered a Purple mattress from this store a few days ago. Talking with the employees in-store went well. They were knowledgeable and patient, listened to what we were looking for, and were only a little "salesman-ey". My one gripe is that we left for an hour or two to do some more research, and we were told that as long as we came back by 2 pm, we would be able to get delivery next day. However, when we returned (before 2), somehow the 11 slots that were supposedly available for delivery the following day had all filled up. Not a huge deal, but it moved the delivery from a Sunday to a Monday, requiring time off of work.
While the in-store experience went well, the delivery experience did not. We were called the day prior and given a two-hour delivery window of 1-3 pm. I received an automated call around 6 pm, already 3 hours past the window, stating that the drivers would be there within 30 minutes. They didn't show up until after 7 pm. No one tried to let me know that they were going to be significantly later than the quoted time, and I sat home from work all afternoon waiting for no reason.
Additionally, the "red carpet" experience that Mattress Firm describes on their website was most definitely not what I received. The drivers didn't even bother asking if it was ok to walk through our house with their shoes on (no booties), and weren't wearing gloves or anything. I'm only giving the delivery 2 stars because they didn't physically break anything, but they came nowhere near the bar that the store had set.
Mattress Firm supposedly guarantees the Red Carpet service and time slot, or your delivery is free. However, part of the sale that I received on the mattress included free delivery, so I'm not sure I have any method of recourse for the service I received. Read moreIf I didn't know what type of mattress I wanted, so how could the sales staff know what was best. I was fortunate enough to have Randy. I really did like his process of elimination for me amongst all the mattresses. The process of elimination brought me down to two mattresses. Randy informed me that these mattresses are ready broken in, and it takes about 60 days for this to happen. I made my choice and I walked out a very happy customer. I realized I needed a new mattress when I had to actually fling myself out of the divot just to get out of bed. Here I thought it was nice and squishy and comfortable. I think I used well past its expiration date. I'm pretty darn excited by mattresses arriving the next day with A new pillow.
The next day my mattress came as well as my new pillow. I have had beds in the past that I had to break in but my new Stearns and Foster was instantly comfortable. I don't want to get out of my bed. I can't believe this is what a bed is supposed to feel like it's wonderful.Randy had to do a trial and error with me with the pillow... He found me the perfect match. I know this is a strong word for an inanimate object but I love my bed and I love my pillow. Thank you Randy for making what I thought would be a difficult process anything but.
The pros, first off Randy, second selection of brands and firmness, medium, and soft. Last but not least the fact that Denver had by mattress and stock and I could get it the following day. This to me was very important because I had twice surgery on one knee and a brace on the other. Getting out of my old bed has been extremely rough.
