Went in to have a new battery installed in my Samsungfor $100. After getting my phone back I went home and charge the battery because it was at 40% life. After charging it to 100 % it took about 3 hours for the battery to drain down to 15%. I looked online for any information about bad batteries and found I could do a self-diagnostic on the phone to check battery condition. After doing that the self-diagnostic on the phone said the battery was in poor condition and needed replaced. I called the store to let them know what was going on and they told me this is the first time it has ever happened. They asked me to bring my phone back in so they can check it out and confirm what I was saying. I came back to the store a couple hours litter and they had confirmed the new battery installed was bad. Then they told me this happened to a customer that week and I was the second person this happened to. They also let me know that they would not install another battery. Because the phone is an older model and said that was unfortunate I had to be the Guinea pig for this to happen to. They really said Guinea pig. Then they said the only way I could get any of my money back was for them to take the bad battery they installed out of my phone and reinstall the original battery. After that they said they would only refund me $50 of the original $100 I paid them for a new battery. They said they get to keep $50 of the $100 for the installation fee. I told them that it's not fair because I paid the total amount for a new battery and that I shouldn't be responsible for any of the cost because they installed a bad battery. They would not budge and told me I signed an agreement saying no matter what happens they get to keep the $50 for the installation fee.
In short I went in to get a new battery installed. They opened my phone up 2 times, I never received a new working battery and they kept $50. I left worse off than when I came in. Pay attention to the battery views I will not recommend this and I will not go back to this company do not use...
Read moreI took my Playstation in to have it repaired and I was told it could take about 2 to 3 weeks since it was around Christmas and when I dropped it off. After that first two or three weeks I finally called down to get a progress report and they told me it would be a few more weeks. So I waited for a few more and again had to call back to get an update and they said they were finishing it up and would call me in a day to let me know when it was finished. So I waited another week and call back and they said it wouldn't be finished for atleast another week as they were waiting on another part to be delivered. So I called back the next week and they told me they couldn't fix it and they were sending it to their Aurora store to let their specialist look at. So I waited another week and called back. They said they had no update but would call the Aurora store to get a progress report and then let me know. We'll I never heard back from the Loveland store so I finally called the Aurora store myself and they guy said he was waiting on another part. So another week goes by and I finally get a message that says it will be done by the end of the week and I can pick it up at the Loveland store. So today which is Friday the end of the week I went in to the Loveland store and asked for my Playstation and they told me it wasn't here but they will have it here on Monday.
I told them I will believe it when I see it. It has been almost 9 weeks since I dropped of my Playstation. I have no confidence it will be back on Monday or anytime soon.
I would recommend that you not use CPR Cell Phone Repair if you ever need work on your gaming system.

Read moreThey do not guarantee their work as they state they do when you pay like $200 for your phone. My edges started coming up and got bubbles underneath after my last repair here so I got a new phone. Recently my main phone shattered and as a temporary solution I was going to replace the screen on my old phone and use it. Asked him how much to repair the screen he gives me the, it’s $200 and lifetime guarantee speel which is very convincing. When I told him if it’s lifetime guaranteed that’s great I’ve had this screen repaired here before and the sides started to bubble. He didn’t even really look at the phone and he said we aren’t going to fix that it’s got physical damage. I said look closer buddy there are no cracks on the phone whatsoever. So when he actually looked at it, surprised he said well that’s from humidity it’s been exposed to water. I laughed bcz it’s been in a box in my dresser dry as a bone since I got it repaired last time and replaced the phone with my new one. He started talking down to me and saying he was an engineer and had an advanced college degree. First off, know who you’re speaking to for one before you start treating them like you’re above them and second, if you had a degree you wouldn’t have come to work high as a kite and be working for a cell phone repair store. Get your phone repaired elsewhere the guarantee is a complete scam and more than anything the staff is beyond rude and shouldn’t be working anywhere in customer service. Probably lives at...
