I was in target in Loveland on 34 this evening, from about 6:45 pm till about 8 o'clock. I'm a slow shopper, but I also have severe and chronic PTSD and a traumatic brain injury. I had my service dog with me and going through the store. It was fairly disorganized and overwhelming for my head. when I got through it, hence why it took me over an hour to get through the store. I had never seen it hat much of a mess before, but besides that, my experience ended on a very, very positive note. Um, yeah, I got to the checkout with my dog and my few things that I had purchased and realized how absolutely overwhelming it was. There, everybody in the store must have been checking out all at the same time, and the self checkout, and one lane was open, were completely backed up and full of people talking. Babies were crying. I was triggered like nobody else, and 2 gals came, and jumped on registers, and I swear the silence, it was almost immediate! people went through seamlessly, and every one of the employees Leanne, Bobbi and Brooke. Had smiles on their faces, they were calm. They were pleasant and it was an absolutely fabulous experience to a somewhat chaotic shopping trip to target. I think these gals deserve kudos for how they handled that. I have never seen someone swoop in and handle a crowd like that. And so seamlessly and to just bring it from chaos to calm was very life-changing for me and that shopping experience!...
Read moreWent into the store after speaking to Isaiah about returning a baby swing that was overpriced and never worked well to begin with. He was an outstanding employee and said that he could return the swing for in store credit. However, once I got into the store the girl at the service desk was incompetent and refused to help me return the swing. This is when Sadie, who shouldn't even be working there due to being on a power trip, stepped in and was completely rude and stated that she wasn't ok with me returning an item that my child had outgrown. This wasn't the case as the swing was being returned to being of poor quality. After telling me she was completely unwilling to work with me she had even stated that she had power and was a "manager". I then spoke to Isaiah who tried to help me with Sadie glaring at him the whole time and then she told me again that she couldn't help me. I informed her that I have worked for Target before and this is not corporate policies or how business is typically done. She was completely rude and is the definition of corruption due to promotion. I will not be shoping at this store again and will be speaking with Toni about the managers he is allowing to treat customers rudely and with completely no regard to being friendly or cordial. As for the public with similar issues at this store Toni is the store manager and is who issues with staff should be referred to before...
Read moreIf I could put zero stars, I would as well. I went there today with my daughter to buy books, which I do weekly, until now. While we were shopping, I saw their sign BOGO 50% off of books, games, and puzzles. I went to check out, and the cashier did their price match but the 50% did not come off. She called her manager and the manager just out and out lied. She first said that the sign was for games and puzzles only. I told that cashier that was not what was stated on the sign I saw, and why would I tell her that if it isn't what I saw? The end result, is the manager tore down all the signs pretty much called me a liar, and I told them I would not be buying anything there again. That is morally wrong to do. Because they would have to honor the sale, when evidently they forgot to take that sign down. So, to call your customer a liar because of your incompetence is horrible...
