I went into the store yesterday to purchase one bra that was on sale. I asked to be measured and one girl refused to do it. After finally being fitted I was asked what style I would like and showed this associate exactly which one I preferred. She took me to a fitting room and brought me other styles I had no interest in. I waited in the fitting room for a long time for other sizes and finally sent my child out to get them. Another associate finally came in and said the original girl had to help the “IT guy”. This second girl (Melissa) ended up checking me out and would look at another coworker and mouth things to her while I was standing there. Very unprofessional. She confirmed my correct address for shipping because for whatever reason they had to order the single item I went there for (this is super inconvenient). I realized after the fact that she shipped it to an incorrect address, the store told me they couldn’t do anything (even though it was their error) and to call customer service. Two calls to customer service later I had to pay AGAIN for them to ship to the correct address. They insisted they couldn’t modify or cancel the original order (it hasn’t even been 24 hours). I’m a single parent on a tight budget just wanting to buy myself a nice bra and I had to go through all of this to do so. Customer service in store and over the phone is definitely lacking and I probably won’t see a refund for the original order. This was Lane Bryant’s error and I’m being punished for it. Also, why are your prices so expensive??? I only purchase bras from here on occasion and when they’re on sale because I can’t afford anything else. You need to change this. Read moreAll employees were super friendly and helpful here. This was my first time coming here and I had a very pleasant experience. This place was recommended to me by my obgyn due to my large breasts and back pain. She said they would have more supportive bras to help my back. She said I should try them instead of continuing to shop at Victoria's Secret, since they dont even carry my new size H bras there anyway. So I ordered 3 different bras online from Lane Bryant. I went in the store to pick them up, and I ordered 2 more while I was there. I like that they actually have really nice looking bras, even sexier type bras that actually fit me! Unlike Victoria's secret. I would rather be shopping there necause I love that store, but they, for some reason, don't carry bras in all available or needed sizes for women. Even though they are a lingerie/bra & underwear store. 🙄 Anyway! I'm excited to get my 2 new bras. And the ones that I ordered and picked up here are so much more comfortable and so much more supportive than any of the bras that I've ever gotten at Victoria's secret. Read moreIf I could leave a no star review I really would. About a year ago I came to this store to find items that made me feel comfortable and confident when I arrived to the store. The employees were great until one ask how far along I was when being fitted for a bra... tried to laugh it off but it destroyed my self confidence hadn't been back since. I went back today hoping for a better experience but did not get that. From the moment I walked I was treated as if I was wasting the employees time. I asked to be measured since I lost weight and was told by the first employee that " she wasn't good at it so I needed to wait for another member of staff" which fine by me I'd like to be measured correctly so I appreciate the honesty. After measured I asked for some input and received very little help. The employees had poor attitudes as if I was below them or didn't belong. What I'm assuming is the manager was yelling at another staff member quite rudely infront of my fiance loudly enough for him to hear clearly.
