Normally love this location! But had a horrible experience with the lady in the drive thru named Beth...for one she was super rude on the intercom screaming that she couldnt hear me...then I ordered a drink and realized I forgot to add something to it so when I got up to the window I asked if I could add it to the drink...she snapped at me and told me the drink had already been made and I apologized for forgetting and she said they could remake it but it was an "inconvenience" to her which I fully understand...but this woman had the absolute worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen and I've been in customer service for over 3 years...the other lady that came up to the window (didnt grab her name) but she was so sweet and understanding...Beth had such an attitude and rolled her eyes and was just super snarky and honestly made me feel horrible...I never want to feel that way at such a loving company! May need to reconsider some people they hire...I could easily go to a different coffeeshop instead of this location that's alot closer to my house but this has been a great location for years...but she has completely made me reconsider ever coming back...really...
Read moreSo I'm a delivery driver and was having a rather rough day, coming back from a delivery in which I had to deal with a VERY rude and unruley customer. I was a bit drained from the experience as one would expect, so was very much in need of a little pick me up. It was around 8:30pm, and to my disappointment realized this starbucks was only open till 8. Though i did notice the lights were still on so I decided to try going through the drive thru anyway. The machine informed me that they were closed so i began to drive off.. thats when the super awesome and friendly Barista Nick waved me down at the window and told me he could still get me my drink. He didnt have to. It was past closing. But he did anyway. Without hesitation nor obligation. And with a kind attitude on top of it all! I didnt have any cash or i would have tipped the kind man. So, I decided to thank him with this review. Its really the least I could do. I know it may seem like a small deal to some, but to me it turned my dark day into a bright one. Read moreI was very disappointed today by the cashier who suppose to be the manager her name was Ashley. She was so incredibly rude... it's not ok at all. Specially when are kiddos are around. She snapped at me for no reason. My kiddo took a min longer to decide and I asked her a question about the app and she snapped at me. I'm sorry I didn't know how to use the app properly, but there is no reason to be so rude and snappy ... I was all polite and kind. There was literally no reason to act like she did. Also I asked her why she reacted that way and nicely told her it's not ok. She kept on being snappy and said she is just quiet. No that wasn't the problem. The problem was her attitude and her snapping. I get we all can have bad days but in a job where you work with customers you can't show that at all or even let it out on the customer.
