Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Loveland

Visited on 3/28/21 for dinner and sat in the bar.

Atmosphere is nice sports bar, lots of TVs and the beer selection is good.

COVID protocols are appropriate.

We ordered some wings to start which were good (we had special ordered crispy wings, which is always a good choice in my opinion, I like 21 minute wings).

We had a hard time getting service while in the bar. It was completely full (COVID seating) and the single bar tender was serving all of the tables and had a hard time keeping up (short staffed or poorly managed?).

Side salad has gone down hill badly in the past months. It used to contain a variety of lettuce and vegetables and now it’s only Romane lettuce and some really sad tomatoes. I would recommend avoiding the salads all together.

We ordered chicken tenders which when came out had one very little tender among the other 4 on the plate. We let them know it was inappropriate and they said they could cook another one which took 20 minutes to arrive (we finished eating we before it came out; awkwardly delivered by Scott). It really makes me question whoever is expediting here. That shouldn’t have made it out of any kitchen.

We also ordered this with extra celery and no carrots. It came out with equal amounts of carrots and celery. We asked about it and the bar tender said “I don’t have a button to only order celery” and didn’t correct the situation (wow!).

We first met Scott the manager who delivered our wing sauce and proceeded to spill it all over our table. I was embarrassed for him but didn’t feel too deeply because he clearly has some issues happening under his watch.

They didn’t offer to compensate for the errors though they did apologize for the slow correction.

The two stars I am giving are both based around the good traditional wings and cold beer; I’m sure this is what they pride themselves on but I couldn’t call this establishment fit for a full dinner.

This evening my friend and I went to this location to celebrate my birthday. We asked the host if we could please sit in a booth. With an eye roll he took us to a booth and threw the menus on the table which knocked over the little advertisements they had placed on the table. My friend ordered a salad and it took her 30 minutes to get it even though I had my buffalo wrap in no time. They knew that there was no way a salad should take that long so they took it off of our bill which was very nice! Then when her salad came out it smelled bad. We thought maybe the dressing was just really strong (it was a Caesar salad). As she was eating it she noticed the Parmesan cheese on the salad was covered in white mold and one piece had molded enough to have blue mold on it. The smell was awful. The kitchen manager came out and took the salad away and said "I hope you don't get sick. If you do call me tomorrow and I'll make sure the kitchen staff pays more attention to the food." and then our balance was still $65. There was no responsibility taken for her eating a salad with moldy cheese by the kitchen manager who is responsible for keeping a healthy kitchen or his staff who HAD to have smelled that foul odor at some point while prepping the food for the evening or the salad. I will never be returning to...

Our waitress Toddy never ID anyone at our table someone please watch the cameras and tell me she checked Id"s at our table or at a table near us, as we were served an alcoholic beverage as we attempted to get another alcoholic beverage she asked my daughter in law which she had a picture ID from another state for the 2nd drink she than I'd us , my daughter in law had a picture ID and she wouldn't take it..she than lied that she ID us which she never did than wouldn't serve us we asked for a manager and the 2 managers that evening we got nothing solved, than all of a sudden the waitress we had spread rumors and all of a sudden all the waitresses looked at us in a bad way, than one of the workers family approaches us as we were leaving thinking we were being rude to her and her daughter which her daughter works there and we had an argument about the whole situation!! I have gone to this place my whole life in Loveland and never ever experienced such a sad situation!!! The managers that were there this evening did NOTH ING about the situation....so sad to see this type of behavior! If Jeremy the other manager would've seen this type of behavior would have seen this he would have resolved it in a professional manner...unfortunately we may never attend there again....poor management...
