Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Loveland

I placed an online pickup order here this past Monday as I was super excited to try them having seen this place on various social media platforms. This was my first time here. I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles with extra beef, a side of mac and cheese, and a drink. I arrived early and waited patiently for my pickup time to arrive before going in to get my things. Let me say, the place was very clean, in a cute location, and the staff were very professional and nice. My issue isn't with them at all. I got outside and decided to dive right into my food and was immediately unimpressed. I was expecting something flavorful and delicious and it was just bland. I got the spicy and cilantro immediately but that's it. It's like the dish had no salt or other flavors at all! I took a sip of my diet Dr. Pepper with cherry flavoring and it tasted like seltzer water. Even more disappointment. I took about three disappointing bites in the parking lot, then drove home where I added more spices and salt to give it some flavor. Only then was it edible and enjoyable. I still haven't eaten the mac and cheese. To be honest, I'm a little afraid to try it but I will eventually. In all the order cost $25.48, and I don't feel it was worth it at all.

Maybe this was a fluke experience. I would give them another chance later to test...

I just went to this Noodles and my experience was horrible. I have came here for years and gotten spaghetti and it has always tasted the same. Today it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. I went in to ask if they changed their recipe and the girls at the counter said they didn't know and they would ask a manager. They turned around and simply said "she says it's spicy." No response to me from the manager I was looking directly at. They asked me if I wanted it re-made, and I asked if it was just going to be made the same and they said "we don't know". They then just stared at me awkwardly for so long I got anxiety and started crying, asked for cheese and left. I still couldn't eat it and now I have heartburn. Customer service here was lacking horribly today. I will not be back to this location unless someone else is working. Sad from my favorite...

This establishment has received a rating of one star due to the attitude of the manager. Additionally, I am concerned about the practice of requiring doordashers to fulfill drink orders without compensation. Regardless of the restaurant's level of activity, it is solely the responsibility of the restaurant staff to complete the entire order. No individual should be coerced into providing unpaid work. If the task is as simple as suggested, the restaurant employees are better equipped to complete it themselves. As a doordasher, my sole obligation is to retrieve and deliver the order, with no additional responsibilities. It is inappropriate for any company to request that individuals perform duties beyond their job description.
