The coffee is as good as it is anywhere. I don't like going to this location because the staff is NOT friendly. If I'm paying $8 for a coffee should I not at least see a smile? I like to be treated how I treat people and near everyone at this location is flat-out rude. I bought a coffee the other day the cashier and I got into a little argument because she was refusing to make the coffee how I wanted it which I wouldn't be so upset about besides for every other location I have stopped at which happens to be a lot is willing to make it for me like that. I always tip and even offered to pay extra. After a few minutes of her saying that I was lying and other places wouldn't do it she agreed to do it this once. All it was was switching the dark frap roast out for fresh expresso. When I got my coffee she made the wrong size. Wasn't upset at the wait for a new one but the fact that she had an attitude over remaking something she messed up really rub me wrong. Please understand that I worked in a coffee shop and now a waitress I understand that people have bad days but working in this industry you cannot take it out on your customers. She was unable to do what we were asking (load money onto a card) and continuously got more frustrated with us for whatever technical issues were happening or for whatever reason she couldnāt perform the task. Because of this, we ended up leaving with no drinks and a very cold goodbye from Angela. Before we left, I asked her for her name to which she responded āMy name is Angela, what? Do you want to speak to a manager?ā in a mocking tone. I told her that I really just wanted to know why she was being so rude. She got immediately defensive and told me that she āwasnāt being rude. Ordered a drink, waited in drive through for 20 minutes; got to window and paid; after paying was told they were out of the ingredients to make the drink. Asked for a refund, literally no one knew how to issue a refund. Waited for another 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for the refund. When asked where the manager was Derek a very dramatic employee became rude and said the manager had covid, and that he was sorry we found that such an inconvenience. Lol. Not sure what the managerās illness had to do with his total inability to perform his job, but whatever, that logic made sense to Derek.
