I ordered for pickup on the website. It was before the time they closed and they had already locked the door when we arrived for pickup. The workers didn't want to come open the door. When they finally came over they only cracked the door and was basically like "what do you want?" We told them we had a mobile order and was let in. When picking up our food we were told they don't have anymore eggs so they weren't able to make one of the sandwiches we ordered. Get this! They offered either a full/partial refund but if I wanted my actual money back there is some crazy process about contacting corporate and waiting some amount of waiting period before I can get any money back! I spent around $50! Or we could get store credit for the amount of the sandwich. Eden the manager apparently wrote down on a piece of receipt that we have credit for the amount of the sandwich. We haven't come back to see if we can redeem the "store credit" yet. I hate when stores close before the time they are supposed to close first of all. Second of all... There are multiple stores in the area. How are you a breakfast place that runs out of eggs and you're only open half of the day? Also, how is it you have to contact corporate for a refund and wait some weird waiting period to see if you get your money back??? What store can't just give you a refund? Or a gift card if you experience an inconvenience. We're at the mercy of whoever is there if we with have the written receipt credit honored. And then the food.... The food was good not great and was obviously not made or packed with care. I can't really see myself returning after using this credit. I'm going to stick with Uncle Harry's and a few other mom and pop bagel shops I like to visit. Really unfortunate.
Update *Sure enough we went back and it was terrible service again. Girls standing around not wanting to help. When we tried to get the replacement sandwich the girl said yeh I don't think we have that paper anymore and didn't want to make good on it. Luckily another girl asked if it was Eden that helped us and said just to give it. But they were out of a bunch of bagels and the sandwich was made on a random bagel we wouldn't have chosen. Out of the only options... Raisin, chocolate chip, ECT... We picked the closest to a regular wich was honey wheat. Cold and burnt.... NEVER COMING...

My bagel was cold along with the hashbrown, I contacted the facility and spoke with a manger who immediately gave a sincere apology and offered to correct the issue. I returned today and just as promised the issue was corrected and let me tell you the brisket bagel and hashbrown are delicious. But, on return I ordered a second bagel which was not made correctly. I spoke with the manager and she promptly apologize again for the error and immediately offered to remake the sandwich. It was perfect! I will give the store some room for adjusting to just opening, but they do have my loyalty for the fact that (Eden) the manager went above and beyond to assist me in correcting the mistakes. First time going and I had placed an order overnight and scheduled ahead of time to avoid having to wait and be late for work. I opted in to have them cut and called in the morning to let them know I didn’t see a toast option online and they said they could do them. I got there 10 minutes after the time I had it set up for and they were not ready AT ALL. My bagels were still behind the glass display. The lady looked at me and just smiled. Which was great for a Friday. But I was in a hurry so I told her to just pack them up. It was sad to take cold and uncut bagels to work for my co workers.
