Crumbl — Restaurant in Fresno

The cookies here are awesome. However, every time I visit this Crumbl cookies shop, the workers move with little to no urgency. I understand that it can get busy. I’m more than willing to wait, but it seems like the employees haven’t been trained to attend to customers. I waited 30 mins for cookies and there were multiple customers in line waiting to even order. There were 6 employees on the floor making cookies. Not one of them greeted any customer or offered to take an order. The woman in front of the order line waited 15 minutes just to order. There should be some type of training done in customer service here. The workers are friendly, but it seems as if they are hyper focused on one task at a time. There should be at least one employee that is designated to take orders and be aware of the line. 15 minutes to order is ridiculous at at any walk up to order establishment. They weren’t even told they would be just a moment. They were completely ignored the whole time they were waiting. I had a pick up order so I didn’t have to order in line. I saw it unfold while I waited 30 mins for my pick up order in a line...

I had ordered 3 dozen mini cookies. I asked the young lady to split the 36 cookies into 2 boxes. I might as well have asked the young lady to solve a really hard calculus problem, because she didn't know how to do simple math. She counted 14 cookies for each box. When the error was pointed out she added 4 more. When she was told that 18 should be in both boxes, she got upset, as if it was my fault she didn't pay attention in math class. When I asked for the receipt I was given a receipt with no total, just what cookies I wanted. I couldn't get reimbursed for the $100 worth of cookies. I didn't get to taste the cookies, but for the price I paid they better have...

The cookies here are absolutely amazing. Only 50 cents more than crave and literally the difference is night and day.
