Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fresno

I’ve been here a few time now. The first time I had a bad experience and gave them a few more opportunities before giving up on them. Sometimes it could just be a certain lazy crew that makes/prepares good or bad food. Unfortunately, they’ve missed the mark for me every time I’ve been here. I usually always buy the crunchy taco pack/box for everyone and they always skimp on the meat and toppings. There would be barely anything in the tacos and most of them with broken shells! I’ve been to Taco Bell’s all over the US and this place has consistently made the worst crunchy tacos by far. I hope the owner or management reads this and fix’s the issue for future customers. And if you’re telling the employees to use less ingredients intentionally to save and cut on operational cost then that’s just sad! Charge a few cents more instead of going that route and losing customers. I’m sure others...

I’ve received food from here that tasted old. The tacos were not crunchy. I’ve also asked for sauces, and they charge you for it. This is the only place I’ve been to where they charge you for the sauces they hide them in the back to force you to pay for, I’ve gotten orders that were not made properly altogether a place you should avoid. It’s been awhile since I made this review. This is also the only company that doesn’t reply or make a statement. It’s obviously not a big deal to the owner or owners. Just went here an hour ago with my sisters and we had bad customer service. The lady took forever to get our order. She was being rude. She was not paying attention to what was being ordered. She gave us the wrong drink when we had told her we wanted the freeze drink and she still gets upset when it was her fault. We told her we had ordered the MTN Dew Baja Blast Freeze and she was like "ugh" and gave us the drink and she was like next time you have to say you want the freeze because we also have the soda we told her we did and all she said was ok. we didnt even get a receipt.
