I have to say I've never been so disappointed in an establishment. After purchasing drinks, my friend and i were sitting as I drew and my friend smoked a cigarette. Upon returning back inside my friend had noticed that the young barista dispensing the leftover pastries into the trash. It's at this point he walks up to her and says if she is just going to throw them away can he maybe have one or two cause he was hungry. To my surprise, the barista says to my friend "we don't just give these away" and proceeds to THROW THEM IN THE TRASHCAN!! I was appalled as was my friend and he sat down, embarrassed of what just happened. Let me back up, while asking the barista another young lady who appeared to be manager, sporting pink hair, walks up as if she was going to intervene to my friends assistance but rather, just watches and proceeds to walk away once my buddy came to sit down. I shutter to think that Starbucks would rather throw food away than to know they could've let it go to a good cause. Maybe it was cause my buddy is Mexican, I don't know I can't say for sure but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out another reason for such ridiculous treatment! I will never come back to this Starbucks or prob any Starbucks for that matter! I hope corporate reads this and does something about this!! Read moreLiterally 50% of the time I've gone to this location (NO exaggeration!), they are out of one of the items I order. I've given feedback to their manager, but nothing changed. The evening crew would tell me they're out of certain items because they "got really slammed earlier in the day and they all sold out." But when I come early in the morning, they're out of the same items. Yet when I go to other locations, this is not a problem. Today I waited 20 minutes to get to the window only to be told by a young man named Manny that they were out of one of the 3 items I ordered. He scanned my payment and handed me a drink before telling me this. I was so fed up with this same issue at this location that I handed him my drink back and drove off. I still got charged $11 and drove away with nothing. That's okay though, because that's the last time I will EVER visit...
Read moreI used to go to this Starbucks almost daily but have not been there in awhile. I was very disappointed in the services this time. I ordered a Venti green tea, no sweetener, no water, extra ice and do not shake it....very simple drink. There were no other cups sitting on either bar when my personal cup was placed there. Although I understand that there are mobile orders that come in and the drive through has to be tended to but my cup got passed up consistently. After almost 20 minutes I asked for the barista on register to just let me have my cup back as I had to go to work. She picked up my cup and without any apology asked me "Do you want me to dump the ice out?" I told her no and got my cup. On top of it all I even had to actually ask for the for a refund.
