Update....6/14/2023...went in for a smoothie, ordered the matcha smoothie, and was disappointed. It was very milky and hardly tasted the matcha. The drink was not green, so you know right away there's hardly any matcha in there. I asked the staff why it wasn't green, and they said because they put a lot of heavy cream and the red bean makes it less green. I pointed to the matcha milk tea, and they said that because that one is over ice, it has more matcha. I said I ordered the wrong one. The staff just went silent, so I felt embarrassed and said it's okay. Then I'll order that one next time. I was disappointed that no attempt to correct the issue was made. If they offered to correct the drink, that would've been awesome customer service and beyond. Maybe it depends on who makes the drinks and we just came on the wrong night. ................. Initial review: Best tea and boba joint in town! The drinks and food are always good! Their flavors and sweetness are always on point every time because they measure everything they use, and every drink is consistent! They have new claw machines and a karaoke cube!...

Fun fun fun 😁. Literally when I first found out of seventea that has claw machine!! I was so amazed, went with my sister to go check it out omg 😲, I know I be coming to play more often.!! Boba was good, the food was good so yummy !! ☺️ . The claw machine only take one token, amazed. Owners and the workers are so friendly ☺️, literally. Went there like almost every day or almost every week to play haha..my cart will always be full everytime I go. 😅🧸. Literally im not good with claw machine but went almost every week , seem to get better at it. Especially when you try to trade it for a bigger plushy the best. Oof would I had known I would trade for good one in the first place. But I wanted to keep it since I work so hard playing. LOL the best Boba place and claw...

Bummer because it says you can sign up and get 10% off to use right off the bat, but then the employee told me it is to use for next time and wouldn't let me use the discount. I even received a text saying I could use it.

My aunt told me to use my phone number for her order so I can earn points, but employee was more of "you can use your own number, but I guess." with not a caring attitude. I saw that I did not even earn points. It was still zero after two transactions. Obviously the rewards was not even working/inputted.

I'm not coming back because I don't even live in Fresno and if I do, I'll visit other boba places instead. The drink was okay to good. When you aren't given good service to want to come back, it isn't worth the trouble coming back just to get...
