Burger King — Restaurant in Galveston

WORST BK EVER! Look at my reviews. You will see I am fair person that writes balanced reviews. There is nothing balanced to write about this BK location.

I got to the drive through at 10:00am and ordered a breakfast biscuit. I was told that they had just run out of biscuits and they were baking more but it would be a 20 minute wait. So, I decided to go get some gas at the attached gas pumps and go inside. After I got gas and went inside and tried to order again, I was told that they were out of biscuits again. I said, "I know, but the ones you are baking should be about done, right?" That is when they said, "We are not baking anymore because breakfast is almost over." I was like "what!, You said you were baking more when I was in the drive through".

But this was not all that was wrong. I was the only customer in the store and there was only one car in the drive through and I had to stand at the counter for like 5 minutes before anyone even paid attention to me. The manager was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off and the one girl that was handling the drive through was new and untrained, and the manager was telling her to cover both the counter and the drive through while she (the manager) ran around and did nothing.

The poor drive through girl took several minutes to take my order of a breakfast burrito. It then took about 10 minutes for it to come out. During the whole 20 minutes I was in the store only one other customer came inside and two cars went through the drive through (all wanted biscuits) and this staff were overwhelmed and could not handle it. The condiment trays were completely unstocked and empty and I needed some creamer and sugar for my coffee but was afraid to try to ask for it. There was nobody attending the front counter for the entire time I was in the store.

When my food finally came I just grabbed the bag and left. When I got home and unwrapped the burrito I could not believe my eyes. It looked like a folded up tortilla with nothing in it. I am not joking! I am posting a picture of it for all to see.

Bottom line is, this is a very poorly managed BK location. The fault lies completely on the manager. This is really nice BK building and deserves a better crew to run it. The franchise owner would do good to read this review and...

To whom it may concern the burger was good as usual. Funny thing was the manager was very rude. My number was 67 and she told me I had to wait for everybody else to get my food. I ordered my food online. And I got my food after everyone else but there's. So I believe the number I was behind what's 73. Now I'm not trying to be funny but you do the math. The young lady at the register was very nice very kind. She was working with me trying to get me my sandwich that I ordered. And then the manager I don't know her name snatched the receipts from the lady at the register was so kind and nice to take my order and told her that the orders have been gone already. One of the orders that she claims was gone already what's my order. So to conclude how I feel about Burger King. Well let's see Burger King makes wonderful food excellent but I believe when hiring managers make sure you hire someone that is kind to everyone. Not just the customer but the employee to. Because I don't believe she knows that without people working for her and with her she would not be able to run that store by herself. So I don't know who's listening or reading this but check this out I applaud the people working in these fast food restaurants and I applaud some of the managers. But today I was very unhappy with the manager service that she gave. Everyone else working the window the fryers and making the burgers did a excellent job even the maintenance man he gets two thumbs up for me. One of the most regretted visit whats so ever i got the cops called on me and my sister by the manager Marly I know how hectic it is working early mornings i tried to make her laugh but when i seen it was a lost cause by the way it weren't even busy we were the only ones there but she rushed me to order failing to understand it was 3 orders had to be made when i realized she wasn't answering me when i said i am ready so i went to the front window she told me she is rendering services to us i said may i ask why she said because i heard yall playing in the back is why I said no ma'am i made a simple joke asking you sale omlette and it was just to make you smile she said well it dont work like that so im not serving you and i asked for the corporate number she refused giving me false locations where the number wasn't located i asked for her name she refused to spell or even repeat it so she called the police like 8 to 10 cops pulled up like i was robbing bk which by the way sucked just as bad they were busy trying to find a reason to bust me looking all in my car talkin to us anyways insulting my maturity i said i wasnt obnoxiously playing one joke she didnt like it i stopped but i reccomend yoi not tp go there everyome act like they dont wabt to...
