Unbelievable! This location is garbage! Just read the reviews on both Yelp and Google, and yet they do not care! I waited from Friday until today, Monday, to speak with someone over the phone about my orders being wrong every time since I moved here 11 days ago. We go daily because my child is autistic, and as y'all know, most kids with autism stick to the same foods. Not once in the ELEVEN visits had I complained, but this time they really screwed the whole order up!! So I tried calling and calling and calling—no answer! Today, 3 days later, a machine finally answered, and they figured out a way to not deal with their consumers over the phone. On top of you getting your order wrong, you’re forced to go out of your way to have them rectify it. They won’t even talk to you! You’re now forced to drive all the way back to speak with anyone about how they messed up. This is your time—gas, money, and the wrong food! This prevents them from having to give you a “free” meal next time for your inconvenience and therefore saves this location thousands upon thousands of dollars. I have a family member who owns a Las Vegas location. And no one should blame all chicka-a-filets for the behavior of one location. I'm leaving this review in hopes that they see it and understand that without their consumers, they’re nothing. My order had hair in it. So gross!! In the fries!! And twice, they’ve given me a cookie instead of the brownie I paid for. I have proof (I made a video) of unfresh food, hair, and cookies, and yet no one will speak with me. I must go in. As a business owner myself, I will not ruin someone else’s meal by going in and discussing food. They talk to you in front of others. I was raised to not yuck someone else’s yum, and I am cognizant that I am leaving a long review, but how else do businesses improve? Read moreI went to the Georgetown location tonight. The place was was really dirty, this is not the first time it has looked bad. They were not busy and yet besides the 7 tables that were occupied there was not one single clean table. The chairs were all over place and food and trash under tables. I was in the restruant for 20min it took about 15mins to get my food, that was a lttle over room temperature. The whole time I was there the trashbins were overflowing with additional trash sitting on top(see atached picture). Multiple employees walked by the trashbin and walked into the dinning area but not one single person started to clean. It seems like most of the employees are just standing around talking with each other. There were blue shirts employees, which I guess are leads or managers but they don't tell the employees to get to work or to do task. If employees are willing to have such a dirty front of the house I would really hate to see how dirty their kitchen must be. I think the Health Department needs to start making some surprise visits in the evenings. Maybe the managment team and employees will get the hint if the health department closed them down and people were not getting paychecks for a few weeks. Management is a skill and not just a title, and it seems this place really lacks the skills to run a clean and welcoming establishment. You sell a product that sells itself but yet you push away people with your bad service and unclean dinning area.
I have been to chick-fil-a's all around the country this by far is the dirtiest and dysfunctional chick-fil-a I have ever been in.

Read moreThis was my absolutely favorite place 2 go. My daughter & I love Chick-fil-A, Georgetown, Tx. This was our breakfast & lunch place. Even when they screwed up our orders, we didn't complain. Omg! We Love this plce However, a recent racist employee, who was new and her giggly friend proved 2 be racist little mean girls. My daughter applied for a job. I believe the new chic laughed at her & never turned in her application, So i asked for it just to make sure it went to the appropriate persons. Then, this so called manager, had the nerves 2 ask me if i filled the application out for her, i said no.... She gave it to her, as i pointed 2 the person she gave it to. But her & her little friend, made jokes n just threw it to the side. I justed wanted 2 make sure it got turned in. She, so calked manager either never received it after my daughter corrected it as she suggested or probably threw it out because she assume my daughter was African American like me. However, my children our bi-racial so if she or them at Chic-Fil-A had taken the time to see her, get to know her & looked past her exterior, they would see what a great person she is. Smart, beautiful, & very talented. She is a bit shy but that's why she is putting herself out their because she needs to come out of her shell. The higest awards in school. Extremely respectful & honest. She will not allow any unethical behavior. Plus, she started babysitting, dog walking, & cleaning up grocery stores. So this is what we are doing now because people look a certain way. I guess she wasn't white enough.
