Rating 3 1/2 STARS This is a fairly large location. We lost the location that is closer to our home so decided to take the drive to the Georgetown. The staff was very pleasant. The ordering process was not difficult. They have quite a large board that takes up the entire wall above the ordering and cooking area. It explained in detail every item you could possibly want put on your burger or little burger. (2patties vs 1) I ordered my husband’s burger with nothing but ketchup and relish as that is his preference . I ordered my burger with bacon, mushrooms, and grilled onions, ketchup and mayo . Their French Fry orders are massive, so we went ahead and ordered a regular fry to share between the two of us (it was still massive. Next time we will get a small.) we had way more french fries than we could eat. My husband declared his 🍔 burger “Good”. I rated mine “Mediocre”. I’m not sure what it was that caused a rather unpleasant taste. I couldn’t tell if it was the condiments I had ordered but that’s my guess-something was off possibly the Mayo. The actual burger itself and the top bun were good. I left the condiments and the mayo which were attached to the bottom bun. The fries were good. Service at the ordering station and paying for the order was no problem. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and entered it correctly as everything came out to our specification. There were a couple of people waiting for to-go orders when we arrived. We planned to eat in. It took about 15 minutes to be called up to obtain the order. Everything is cooked fresh so that was not unexpected. I felt like it was a little long, but it really wasn’t a point of contention . Now for the ambiance…… it was another warm fall day -about 91’ outside. It was uncomfortably cold inside. The air conditioning was absolutely blasting constantly. There was no on and off to it. We were so uncomfortable. We moved from an inside table to an outside table - that wasn’t-wasn’t perfect but being a little bit warm seemed better than freezing to us. The second thing that drove us outside was extremely loud “heavy metal” music. I took away one entire star for those two items that caused us to be miserable and unable to dine in. I would’ve only taken away a half a star for my burger. $40 for two burgers, one regular fry and two fountain soda pops...

From the instant I entered the Five Guys establishment, it was clear that this was more than just a meal; it was an experience. The inviting aroma of freshly grilled burgers and perfectly cooked fries beckoned, all set against a backdrop of a spotlessly clean restaurant.
The cheeseburger was sheer perfection. Each bite was a symphony of juicy beef, creamy cheese, and fresh toppings, creating a harmonious flavor profile that left me yearning for more. The regular fries had that impeccable balance of crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Paired with a chilled, large drink, it was a meal made in fast-food heaven.
However, the highlight was observing the attentive manager in the black shirt. It was evident he was training staff, overseeing operations with a keen eye and ensuring that each customer's experience was top-notch. His dedication and commitment to excellence were palpable and set the tone for the entire team.
Elise B., our server, embodied this spirit of excellence. Her friendly demeanor and commitment to service made our meal even more delightful.
A nod to the entire crew who radiated friendliness and professionalism. This Five Guys location not only serves great food but also showcases the best in team training and customer service. A truly memorable...
Read moreThis was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait...
