Target is everyone’s favorite store they just have good products - a step above Walmart - and ladies you know - target runs are therapeutic sometimes. Being there and walking around and seeing all the cute stuff. But life happens and sometimes we have to do curbside.. unfortunately, this is the 2nd time curbside charged me for items that were missing from my curbside order. They also shoved a tiny little dainty necklace at the bottom of a bag with heavy cardboard and plastic- but the purse and earrings were in their own bag. Which makes sense they are accessories. So what’s up with shoving the fragile necklace into the heavy , full bag of household items , instead of putting it in the bag with the accessories that are literally all in the same section? And the shirt I’m missing is in the same product display table as another shirt I did recieve.. it feels like they have no training no organization. And then when I filled out the return/ refund issue page- they gave me the option to do a survey with feedback. I filled the whole thing out it took me a good 5 minutes. Which is a lot when you have newborn twins who still don’t have a normal sleep schedule. So after I filled out the survey when I pressed submit literally nothing happened. It’s a joke. We go to target and spend a little extra because we know y’all have good taste and quality. But target pays very low and it seems like the employees aren’t happy if they don’t even double check or try a little bit to get the order right. I also know two 19 year old males who both are hard workers and responsible good young men and they both have retail experience and neither of them got a call back or a chance for the interview, when y’all were actively hiring. I was offered a job there and the pay was low- and the job description was a lot. As a Starbucks barista. Cleaning , cashier , food prep, drink prep, stocking . And your baristas are not allowed to accept tips. And I heard from other former target baristas that some days your by yourself and you have to do so much and it’s super hectic . So y’all make your baristas do all of the duties of a normal Starbucks barista- and you also make them be a cashier on top of that which is so dumb they have so much to do and they have to ring up tons of stuff for customers on top of that. And then you pay less than Starbucks . Yet these two strong, 💪🏾responsible young men apply and are just willing to hustle and have a job while going to acc - they are young and totally okay with 14/15 an hour. And they get no call back no chance. It’s just silly . HEB, Walmart , the outlet retail stores, chick- fil- a and QT pay their employees more than target. Do better I’m so serious - the audacity...
Read moreHorrible closing manager 4/24/17 refused to honor the gift registry coupon they provided for pampers for my baby at home. Stated they are losing money because of coupons. Cashier checked item and she verified items were correct. Refused to key in coupon. Stated i could either use coupon or get $10 giftcard promotion. I told the manager i dont need to giftcard i need the pampers my daughter has extremely sensitive skin and gets bleeding rashes with other brands. Then she stated well ill only key in for size one honest brand pampers. Knowing this is not the size i needed. Was treated incredibly rude by manager. Left with no pampers. I have one pamper left at home. Treated as if i were commiting fraud using a coupon that was given by the same target store. And her statement u cant use coupon and get giftcard promotion...so if she keyed it in was she pocketing giftcard? Im a struggling mother with 10 month old and baby on the way trying to save money because speciality pampers are very expensive. She said she would not enter the coupon. So First stated system would not allow her to enter coupon. Then stated she would and not give me coupon. Then said she was not going to enter coupon and took back already activated giftcard. As a former target employee at this same target location almost 10 years ago i find this unacceptable. No way would the treatment to a customer be allowed. I will contact the store management team and corporate office directly tomorrow morning and take whatever steps are needed to make sure no other customer or mother is treated this way again. I have to purchase whatever pampers i can this late at night and guarantee my daughter will have rash tomorrow. I will seek legal...
Read moreAN EMPLOYEE HIT MY VEHICLE WITH THE WHOLE TRAIN OF CARTS AND DID NOTHING.
So I came to this location yesterday with my fiancé and son. They both went into the store while I stayed in the car. While in the car an EMPLOYEE collecting the grocery carts decided he was going to push the ENTIRE train of carts between my car and the car next to us. Safe to say it didn’t fit and the whole train got stuck between both our cars and this employee just SHOVES them through. During this whole ordeal the employee noticed me sitting inside my vehicle and doesn’t even try to approach me about the situation. We had to go inside and notify the store myself. I left a note on the vehicle next to me and we did eventually talk to a manager or someone who could relay the situation. As we were in a work vehicle the MULTIPLE SCRATCHES left on the side of the car would be hard to prove but the car next to us had visible, provable damage that coincided with ours. The lady who came out just kinda had no idea what to say and was kinda laughing. I get it’s a weird situation but it definitely made me uncomfortable. It was my son’s 2nd birthday and we couldn’t stay to work this out , as I said, my son just turned two, and I didn’t want to from how uncomfortable we felt . I get our car was a bit older but no need to laugh at our car getting hit by 30 carts from one of your employees who thinks it’s okay to hit 3 cars (including the car in front of us and to the side) and not confront the owners of the vehicle or the place of business as they were an employee. Thankfully I was in the car because no one would know what happened. Definitely not happy about...
