Went through the drive through on my way home from work. Ordered $45 of food. Drove home and found my husband’s 2 beef supreme’s were missing. Drove back while the rest of my family ate. Went in and was immediately asked if something was missed. Went through my receipt & the only thing missing was the burritos. I asked the gal at the counter, who was also working the drive-through if there was any compensation because I had to go all the way home and then come back to make sure that one of my family members could eat. She said she would talk to her manager. She went and talked to a gentleman in the back, they made the burrito Supremes and the gentleman that she talked to who was supposed to be the manager brought the missing items up and then started to walk away. I asked him I said there’s no compensation for me having to drive home and then all the way back and back home and now my food was going to be cold? He said they would gladly make my meal again. I told him I wasn’t willing to wait any longer than that I would go to the other Taco Bell nearby my house going forward. He walked away and I asked his name and he told me he didn’t have to give me his name. I said OK so the manager on duty at 6:10 PM on January 6, 2025 is also to blame for this low rating if I could give less than a star for service, I would the food tasted OK even though mine was cold. I feel this level of service is unacceptable. As I told the manager, I will not...
Read moreStopped by this Taco Bell yesterday the 2nd of August with my wife to have a late lunch and was totally disgusted with the food and the inside of the building and the way we were treated by Management on duty. First off it's very hard to enjoy your meal when it is just as humid inside as it is outside the only part of the building that seem to be receiving cool air was for the employees were the dining area stagnant humid air. Also to add to the misery flies visiting everybody along with ants dining on Old food stuck to the window seals and in between the seats. And to top it off a nice long dark hair in my wife's burrito supreme. Which Way both of us lose their appetite so we went up to the counter to receive a refund for our food and we're immediately given attitude. And then the shift leader I believe on duty asked my wife in which order did we eat our meal because she did not want to refund us for all the food. Which amounted to one nacho of grande and two burrito supremes. She only wanted to refund us for the one burrito supreme that had the obvious hair in it. You couldn't have been my hair because my hair is very short in my wife's hair is long blonde. Very unprofessional people here stay away unless you like...
Read moreThis taco bell is my tried and true. I've been coming here for YEARS and never once had a bad experience. They always get my customizations right, always include the sauce I ask for, and always give extra napkins. While this might be something you'd just "expect" to be done, I can tell you that not every taco bell DOES actually follow through with what might be considered "standard". And honestly, I can't really blame those who don't provide above and beyond service. Most of them are working minimum wage. I've been there, I worked food service for many years. It SUCKS. So I don't expect ANYONE to put their all into the service industry, where the company pockets the majority of revenue and employees are exploited to all hell - worked to the bone for scraps. No. I expect the bare minimum, because I know that's what they're being given. So when service workers put forth what's considered "standard service", that IS going above and beyond. People who have never worked in the service industry need to check their attitude. These guys are doing great for what they're getting out of it. Find some...
