I had the worst service experience at the Heber, UT location. We got to the store at 7:30pm and the lobby was closed. The website said they closed at 9:00pm so we had plenty of time. We went to the drive-thru and there was a line. We decided to order online so it would be ready when we got to the window. The online order said it would be ready between 8:08pm-8:12pm. It was a long wait, but the kids really wanted pizza. We got to the window a little early, about 8:05pm and told them our name and order number. They looked confused and asked for our name again. We repeated and they closed the window. About 10 minutes later, someone else opens the window and again asks our name. We repeat ourselves again and she closes the window. We wait another 10 minutes and we have not received our order. We knocked on the window, and the employees inside looked at us and ignored us. We honked our horn and they wouldn't even look at us. We waved to get their attention and, again, we were ignored. We decided after another 10 minutes (note: at this point we have been in line for 60 minutes and at the window for 30 minutes) to go inside. Once we entered the store, we were rudely told that the store was closed (it was 8:30pm and the website said they closed at 9:00pm). We told them we had an online order and that we have been waiting outside for an hour. There were 5 employees inside, and a few were on their phone watching a football game in the kitchen. They looked at us and turned their backs. We requested to see a manager and no one responded. Finally, one employee asked for our name again, and gave us our order. I will never go to this location again. There were several cars in front of us and behind us and they all ended up leaving without pizza. We were the only ones who actually got a pizza and it took...
Read moreOrdered online for the portal pickup. It was on a Friday night during a rush, and the wait for my portal to be ready was about an hour. Nbd, I get it, I’m ordering during a busy time. I was caught up doing something else, and forgot the time, but made the trip over to get my pizza about 20 minutes after my pizza was estimated to be ready. The lobby is full of people, who I assumed were there for walk in orders (oh I was so wrong), so I made my way over to the portal, but my pizza wasn’t there. Turns out, we all had online orders to pick up, and they were either not ready or were halfway completed. The poor kid up front was trying his best to get orders out to everyone, but there was a ton of fighting and bickering between workers happening in the back. Overall, the pizza was good, but cold. My crazy bread was warm and had the perfect amount of seasoning on it. But, between the in fighting and it taking over an hour and a half for me to get a cheese pizza and two crazy breads, I feel like some change...
Read moreWe ordered two pepperoni and two cheese at the drive thru menu. They give us the okay. We wait in the line for who knows how long. Then we pull up and the blonde employee tries to give us someone else’s order?? Was the crew even paying attention to the orders being placed and the ones being collected? We ended up leaving with only two pepperoni and a two liter soda. Because they told us they were closed and couldn’t make more cheese pizzas. Okay so here’s my problem. Why didn’t you guys just tell us at the menu that you ran out of cheese pizzas and couldn’t make more. We could have saved ourselves some time if you did. Please it’s not that hard… As we’re leaving we see a whole line behind us. I hope you let those people know there’s no more cheese pizza. Do better next time. I know it’s late and you want to go home but can’t you have at least some consideration for the customers who also want to go home? I’ve never been so let...
