Review: The con artist manger and his minions that work at this store should be investigated!

They took full advantage of my elderly parents ignorance of modern tech and sold them a phone that has so many known problems that it shouldn't even be sold. They told them that their bill would be $150 a month for 2 years and that magically turned into $200 after the first month. They even "forgot" to put insurance on all our phones, so when the phones turned into shiny bricks 3 months later, we had no choice but to go back to Verizon!

Ask for Ignacio!! We stopped by earlier in the week and were extremely impressed when I was assisted by. a Mr. Ignacio Villanueva! He was extremely pleasant to work and walked us through multiple different options for our business. He was super attentive and his jokes were on point, I left the store wishing more customer service employees were like him. Regardless of whatever deals are going on anywhere Ignacio is definitely your guy to help you find what fits best for you and your family. I wrote this review because a caring guy like him needs a shout out and to see how great of an impact his smiles and welcoming humor did to us and to the rest of the community here in Heber City. The signage to the store was not illuminated to begin with. I entered the store and was not greeted and I stood there for approximately 20 minutes while all the service reps chatted it up with the people in front of them. I can understand being friendly and wanting to talk about things. But when you have six people waiting, it’s kind of time to get down to business and get things done.

No acknowledgment that we entered the store or thank you for waiting so I just stood there for about 20 minutes and then left.

Go to Park City or elsewhere, but avoid here. If the sign can’t even be turned on or isn’t working then that’s probably a pretty good indicator of what’s going on inside...
