First time Mattress shoppers. Definetly had a blessed experience. Growing up I learned never go with the first option you see, but after doing more research and having bad experiences with other stores(Ashleys) I realized i would have definetly been better off going with my first option. I had a terrible experience at ashleys, they were worse then car salesmen. While on the other hand here at Mattress Firm, Kristina was very informational and helpful to our learning process. She also was not trying to force a sale on us. She made sure to make that clear and made it an easy shopping experience. Unfortunately I came back a week later and I had to work with another associate. I was afraid Brittney would not honor the deal I had made with Kristina, but she definetly did. The associates here communicate well and are very informational and calm people. The vibes given at this location were definetly something I would recommend to my family and friends. Brittney honored the deal and got all my paper work done in a timely manner, not trying to force any upsales or anything like that. These two associates professionalism and empathetic vibes definetly were what sold me on the bed. They allowed me the space to make a decision which ofcourse is a huge investment, but they allowed me to give it time to think and really identify if this is the right move for me. Not only are we happy with our new bed and free bed stand that allows me to adjust the head of my bed with a button, we had the most polite, professional delivery guys, Rigo and Albert. They took my old bed for free and not only that, they offered to vacuum where my old bed was before bringing in the new furniture. Understanding my health and my husband's health they offered to also take another bed we needed to get rid off FREE OF CHARGE just because they are so nice. I have never had such great service. We bought our bed yesterday and the next morning it was delivered, assembled, explained how it works and double checked it was working and that it was where we wanted it, AND got rid of furniture I didn't need all at once. 100% satisfied customer and keep those delivery drivers Rigo and Albert definitely go above and beyond for their customers and it made all the difference in the world. This is our second bed purchase from mattress firm this year and we had to set our last bed up ourselves and it wasn't even offered to be put up and it was very difficult for my husband to do so. We purchased clearance Temper-pedic mattresses and adjustable bases from Mattress Firm and are so very happy with them! They are so comfortable and in great shape (basically brand new). We searched for mattresses on Facebook Marketplace and found Mattress Firm Clearance options. Tim was so great to work with…even though he was in California and we are in Minnesota - he took the time to find us exactly what we wanted, was extremely professional, quick to answer questions, easy to correspond and talk with, did not pressure us to buy, and was very trustworthy. The delivery guys were also so very nice, helpful with answering questions, patient with allowing us as much time as needed to look over the products before signing to accept them, and knowledgeable about the products and services.
