Have been going to this place for over 2 years and last weekend we had enough , this new personal has no idea how to treat customers right . This white young waitress on Sundays is just terrible. She had us waiting for over half hour just to mess up our order We stop on Sunday to get some rolls to go , we went straight to the counter to place the order and she ignored us completely ,it toke her at least 10 minutes to get our order , she said there was a 30 minute wait and we found that awkward since there was no people but we decided to wait , we order a calamari roll and she got us tempura calamaris, she messed up the order and instead of apologizing she said well at least you got the calamaris whats the problem. we asked her to fix the order and she said we were gonna have to wait another half hour since she had other customers already , then we asked her to remake the whole order since all the other rolls would go bad while we were waiting , that's where she lost it and told us we were crazy if we thought she was gonna remake the whole order , then another waitress guy jumped up and told us there was no way they were redoing anything we asked to talk to the owner and they said she was not there and they could not do anything about it , we could either take the food the way it was or wait for the other roll , we ended up getting our money back and leaving disappointed at this new employees Get the old employees back , you just lost a few...

I believe the place is nice and clean but by it being their second day open, they had so many people in and out of the restaurant the doors continue to stay open. There was flies flying all around the raw sushi. I work in the restaurant so I know that raw sushi should be stored at a certain temperature not just sitting on ice on a plate With knowing all that I still wanted to eat a piece or 5, I went on a Thursday by Friday night. I started feeling some symptoms of food poisoning by Saturday. I was extremely sick with a fever and food poisoning. Like I said, I believe that most of the food is prepared safely, but just looking at the sushi and how it was stored and how many people was over it I think they should re-evaluate how they can protect the raw fish more . People are looking sneezing touching, and it’s right by the front doors, resulting in a bunch of flies flying over it. Read moreI’ve been coming here for about 9 years now, ever since this shopping center first opened. Their food has always tasted great. Supremely delicious. But the customer service has seriously been lacking the last few years.
It’s always one girl servicing the entire place with only chef to cook for a packed house. The owners refuse to properly staff. Today was the last straw for me.
I took my 6 & 4 year olds with me and got there with only 2 other people ahead of us right at 12:18 (text my wife I was walking in at that time). A whole 70 minutes later I finally got my kids chicken teriyaki and 2 of the 3 rolls ordered. That was only AFTER 4 more parties came in after me, INCLUDING the owners, ordered and got there food before me and left!
I then told the server my issue, recognized it wasn’t her fault, and asked for a discount. The server called the owner who only discounted me 5% which out to a whopping $1 and change!!! Absolutely terrible service and customer respect. I will officially be done eating...
