This place is awful and gross. Huge health concerns with the establishment. Please be mindful about booking here. We just stayed here July 2024 we were scheduled to be there three nights we ended up leaving early due to the cleanliness and health conditions of this establishment. Upon arriving, our unit was dirty with bacon on the floor. Lots of stains extremely dated appliances are yellow, not white cabinets falling apart. I instructed my children to please keep their shoes on because there were multiple stains all over the carpet and all over the couches. Upon entering the bathroom, there were other peoples pubic hair all over I had to clean them myself . After vacuuming and cleaning, I call and let them know it wasn’t cleaning and I had to clean it myself at which point they did absolutely nothing. We left the unit and went to go get a few groceries and something to eat. When we went back to the room I gave my children baths and got them ready for bed only too have my 12 year-old running and screaming that there was other peoples blood all over his sheets. Upon inspecting them, the sheets were dirty and they were spoiled with blood all over them. I went to check the other bed at which point 3 out of the 4 beds had dirty linens that were soiled with other peoples blood. It was about 830 pm, I called the front desk and there was no answer It rang and rang and a service answered the phone. I explained to the gentleman that answered my call about the condition of the establishment and now there was blood on the sheets, we had nothing for our children to sleep on. He said he was going to put our call through as an urgent message and we would be receiving help shortly I sat and waited by the phone in the kitchen for 30 minutes with my children awake and no place to sleep. After 30 minutes I received no phone call back and I had to make them new beds with the towels from the bathroom. I did find a blanket in the TV hutch underneath the TV however it smelled like it had never been washed with other people, sweat and stains all over it. In my search for new sheets I also found someone’s dirty socks inside a closet on the floor. The next morning, no one ever called me. I called the front desk myself and told them that I wanted a manager to come pick up the bloody linens and to come inspect the unit. My family went on to have fun without me because it took three hours for someone to arrive. The manager apparently was having a puppy problem which as a customer is not my problem so now two days of my vacation were completely shot. Know one ever offered to move us to a clean unit all they did was come and take pictures of everything, including the food splattered on the coffee table. They wanted all of the images I had, they put the blankets in a bag and told me how awful the cleaning company they hired was and how they were going to use this information at their next meeting. Because they’ve had so many complaints with the company and that they appreciated my help …..I spent quite a bit of money for this three night stay and on my vacation that I get once a year it definitely wasn’t to help them out with their cleaning issue. I was trying to enjoy my family and my break from work. We killed about 20 carpenter ants and three questionable spiders in the unit. We did our best to stay out of the unit. We decided to leave early two days after leaving I kept calling and asking for my money back they only offered me a one night refund, which to my opinion would be the night that we didn’t end up staying there. Be very cautious about staying at this establishment. It is dirty and gross. Attached are pictures of the bloody linen sheets and also the white paper towels that I used to clean the bathroom with were black with other peoples hair all over them. I still to this day have not received a phone call from the owner. Hilton head Island is very beautiful, but do not stay here.

Our review will be critical based on the price point of Unit 143. What we enjoyed: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room combo, and adequate sized kitchen, and laundry. Taking the shuttle (09-1700) to the beach was nice. Having access to the two gas grilles was convenient, but limited at times. Walkability to be island bike path is excellent, three public beaches are within 1.5 miles of the resort gate. In-person staff is friendly, but good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone, you will not get a call back if you decide to leave a message. Again, our complaints and recommendations are cost driven. When considering the three story units think early 90s design, 2005 electronics and appliances, and a fresh coat of paint. Be warned, there are “property cats” present, according to the staff they keep the cats around to help with the wildlife. Cleanliness was poor. We had filth throughout the unit, in drawers, in and under the bed skirts, under furniture, somehow on flat surfaces, on the kitchenware, in the carpets, and along the window and door frames. We even found an empty bottle of alcohol stuffed between the mattress and bed support frame, you could see and feel the bulge. Our dryer exhaust and screening was filled with sand, I am not sure how the dryer even worked, we had to clean it out before we could use the units. This unit cannot accommodate ten people comfortably or even realistically, six people was the max for us. The bedroom and bathrooms are poorly laid out, not usable, and inefficient. Our king bed had the oversized master bathroom attached with the single queen also attached through a set of thin French doors. On the opposite side of the unit the double queen room had the much smaller single bathroom in the hallway. Walking and living flow throughout was poor, parents and children could not share bathrooms. In our unit, each of the three bedrooms was hot compared to the living/dining/kitchen area. We had to keep the temperature at 74 degrees and the fan continuously running or the mugginess would fill the bedrooms, even with all of the doors open. There is a moisture and HVAC balance problem within the condo. Fit and finish is not a priority for this timeshare company. Misaligned doors, rust in the dishwasher, and holes in the walls and baseboards were all present on arrival. We reported the damage and hope some of the repairs were completed prior to the next tenant. Fixtures throughout the unit look pretty, but everything, except the actual handle on the shower, was plastic pointed with “chrome”, this includes the lights. The furniture is a mix of early-90s through mid-00s, there is so much room for improvement in this unit. Electronics were a joke, each television was 480p, 2005-07, and the bedroom clocks were late 80s or early 90s red dot specials. If you can, ask for a unit in the two story buildings. We do not know what they look like inside, but they have a screened-in porch, larger televisions, and newer windows. Their outdoor AC condenser units also look newer. Would we stay here again, no, we would find a better association. If you are looking for a central location, Island Links is good, but plan to spend your time out in town, not at the resort.

Our family absolutely LOVES this resort! Great location, amazing staff, beautiful rooms and terrific pool. Our family has stayed at this resort 4 times now and we are planning two more trips to this resort this year alone! The units are perfect for kids with a room that two kids can share with two beds and a TV and DVD player in their own room. The balconies overlook the pond (with fountain) or the pool, or both. The open floor plan allows the family to all be together during meals and when watching TV. The deck overlooks either the pond or the pool and is a great sitting area for meals in the evening. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. With a full kitchen, this resort saves families money as well, allowing people to cook in when they want and only eat out when desired instead of every meal. The staff are always very friendly. Especially Keith who almost always seems to be there when we stay there and is helpful in providing information about the resort and local amenities, plus he is always great with the kids. The outdoor pool and Cabana is terrific! There is a splash pad for all kids but especially infants, a water play area for young kids in shallow water, a deep pool area with a fountain and circular swim area, a hot tub and a second heated pool that we used when we stayed there in October. The Cabana has great pool side drinks and food. Ashley there is amazing and provides great food and drink suggestions along with great local suggestions being a Hilton Head resident since she was little. Their smoothies are terrific for the kids and they have a number of food options that are great for kids and adults. The adult smoothies are also well made and if you ask Ashley, she will give you some recommendations to try. The location of the resort is perfect since it is close to two great beaches that are public but much less frequented than other beaches, and the free shuttle allows easy to and from every 15 minutes. We highly recommend this resort and we have also enjoyed other resorts owned by this company including Coral Sands and Coral Reef.
