Room dirty,carpet between bed & night stand couldn't have been cleaned for at least a month if that,opening of 1 inch at bottom of front door,TV remote didn't turn on tv,also had to locate elec plug & plug in to turn on manually,volume remote button didn't work at all,they called in someone to adjust.Mattresses must have been left overs from Motel 6, pillows are throw aways at my house-wore out!! towels were very thin, also wore out,needed 2 to dry hair. Happy Wife Happy Life!!! After LONG DAY DRIVING this is not needed!! Even for 1 night! Coffee was barely warm for breakfast! Tear open cups 1 am, powdered creamer the next am.Toast only browned on 1 side requiring turn around to be toasted properly,same on other side of toaster,must have replaced old home toaster for new one needed at work. Free Breakfast??? Be careful of these words at any Hotel, DBL check before you get there! What does that really mean? Look at outside sign-can still see old Econo Lodge in sign!...

This is kind of a "get what you paid for" situation. I probably would rate it a two, if not for the staff. The woman at checkout was so friendly and helpful! I accidentally booked on Hotels.com for 2018 (I'm literally still so baffled as to how I did that, but I digress) the woman as the front desk was able to book my dog and I a room anyway. Which was great because I'd been driving for 11 plus hours and would have slept in a dumpster, with fast food trash stuffed in a fast food bag as a pillow! |The place is kind of old, I think, so there were plenty of stains on the floor, curtains, chairs, etc. But, it seemed fairly clean. It was quiet. All in all, probably wouldn't stay there again unless I had to, BUT, I wouldn't not stay there again, especially if the staff is always as nice. And hey, it beats a dumpster with fast food...

I stay only one day and I wish I would of payed the extra $20 dollars to go somewhere else. We're do I start on telling you to please go somewhere else instead. My room had no lock for the door, no wash rags had to wash with nothing. The refrigerator was all broken with no knob inside to change settings. The mattress were so hard and the springs on the mattress were coming out in some spots. When I went to check out a young man come out after ringing the bottom like five times. I told him I had no wash rags in my room and he said " you should come and got some from the front desk". Did not say sorry once we then not putting any wash rags. Had to give a one star I would give it 0 stars. Please take reviews in mind when...
