Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional and Discriminatory Treatment I am deeply disturbed by the experience I witnessed at this DMV location. While I was there for my own service, I observed an incredibly upsetting interaction between one of the employees and a young man who appeared to be a teenager. This employee treated him with blatant hostility and unfairness, seemingly based on his identity. The employee was rude and dismissive, making sarcastic comments and asking inappropriate questions. Despite the teenager clearly doing his best to follow the instructions, the employee's attitude was unprofessional, and, to my disbelief, they ended up failing him on his test. This behavior felt discriminatory and out of line, leaving both the teenager and those around him visibly uncomfortable. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment, especially in a public service setting where respect and fairness are essential. It was a shameful display of poor conduct, and it left a sour impression of what should be a professional and supportive environment. I hope the DMV addresses this situation to ensure that future interactions are free of bias and...
Read moreI had a disturbing experience at this DMV location that I feel compelled to share. While I was there, I witnessed an unsettling interaction between an employee and a young man who appeared to be gay. The employeeâs behavior came across as blatantly hostile and unfair, seemingly targeting him based on his identity.
The employee was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the encounter. To my disbelief, they failed him on his test and, when questioned by a family member, refused to provide a clear explanation. The whole situation felt discriminatory and left the teenagerâand those around himâvisibly uncomfortable.
This kind of behavior has no place in a public service setting. Respect and fairness should be non-negotiable, and this was a disappointing example of the opposite. I hope the DMV takes action to address this incident and prevent such biased and unacceptable treatment...

This was the most frustrating DMV visit Iâve ever had. The lady working there was beyond rude! completely unprofessional and clearly didnât want to be there. I asked a simple question, and she just stared at me for several seconds with the most annoyed expression, like I was wasting her time. No effort to help, no basic respect, just pure attitude. Itâs shocking that someone like this is allowed to work in customer service. Honestly, she should be fired ASAP!
This DMV used to be so much better when Jacob was there. At least he was helpful and treated people with respect. Bring Jacob back! If you have any other DMV option, do yourself a favor and go...
