Warning!

Was on the road and needed a place to sleep. Wife checked the web on her phone for the nearest hotel and saw 4 out of 5 stars. Wow!!! We were completed tricked. It's not a 4 star location. Maybe 1/2 a star because the beds felt good. Grout in restroom was almost black and you could tell in places it was once white. The window screen shook from the wind all night. The pillows smelled sweaty - I threw those on the floor instantly, along with the gross polyester bed spreads. Everything was scummy. The sink was dirty from previous guests - I think they ate fried chicken and then tried to wash their hands. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. This was my first and last time at a Days Inn. Breakfast had old, hard bread. The fruit!!! I won't even go there.

It was late and we had already unloaded our car and were too exhausted to complain and check out and try another hotel across the street.

Even though our room was a non smoking room it had a strong deodorizer smell.

My guess is that this place received 4 stars because of reviews from the owners family or homeless people.

Just because a place is old doesn't mean it has to be filthy.

I'm not a high maintenance person looking to complain about everything. I just don't want other people to experience what I had to go through. If you do stay there, I'm certain you'll think of this review and will then...

One of the worst hotel or motel experiences I have ever had. Rooms were dirty and smelled awful. For context, I've been traveling for many years and have stayed in virtually every type and level of accommodation out there, including military, business, and personal travel. While it'd be dishonest to say that it's the worst room I've ever had (I've seen worse, trust me), this was by far the worst service I've ever had.

I told the guy at the desk what the problems were and said we weren't comfortable saying there. He immediately responded by saying there's nothing he can do. He then proceeded to scold me about the burden this would be on the housekeeping staff to clean the room since we had already entered, blamed me for not asking for a different room, told me that I was going to cost them money, kept referring to their "great reviews", etc.

I would NOT recommend staying here. We left, despite knowing that we would not be getting a refund. I've stayed at hundreds, likely even thousands of hotels over the years and have never left a hotel after checking in. I...

We stayed here for 1 night in September, the hotel had ample parking and is located just a short distance from some local shops and fast food. Check In was quick and friendly and we were given a room on the upper floor - sadly there were no elevators in the hotel, so we had to carry our luggage up some stairs by reception and then through a door and down an outdoor corridor to get to our room, not very easy with lots of heavy luggage.

There was an indoor pool and hot tub with seating which looked nice and well maintained, but we didn’t get chance to use this. The bedroom was clean, spacious and of a good size with a large comfortable King bed. There was a fridge, coffee facilities and an ice machine on site. The bathroom as with most Days Inn’s was extremely small and very basic, but most importantly clean.

The following morning, we avoided the very basic (barely any choice!) and depressing looking breakfast which was served in the reception area (weird!). Overall, the hotel was a quick one-night stop for a low cost, and it was just that –...

It's not the worst place, I've ever stayed but definitely could have been a little better. I stayed in the king suite, which was a gaint size room. The problem I had was that the jacuzzi jets looked like they hadn't been cleaned out in a while, and the carpet was definitely not vacuumed recently. The air conditioning was shut off when we got the room, and the room was very warmer. Took a few hours for the room to cool down. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom, other than the jacuzzi jets, was fairly clean. This hotel has no elevator, which may be an issue for someone with heavy luggage if you're staying on the second floor. The rooms are located on the outside of the building, and the parking lot is kinda dark. I would probably give this place another chance if I was in the area. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely polite.

5/5 experience... the worst thing was the room in room coffee was exceptionally weak -Friendly fast check in -We were on the second floor of two floors (no elevator) -if you wanted in room coffee you had to request it and they gave you supplies and a machine at the front desk (otherwise coffee is available in the lobby) -room was large and very clean -king size bed with five pillows, quiet comfortable sleep -the bathtub cracked and creaked alarmingly, but held water just fine -large chair and footstool in the room -lots of lamps and electrical outlets -indoor pool BREAKFAST INCLUDED: -scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate

I won’t be completely horrible, but this place was not an ideal place to stop for a night. People drinking in the parking lot, homeless people sleeping behind the dirt parking lot behind the building. Our rooM had mosquitos in the room, to where I had to spend 2 hours after checking in late just killing as many as I could. The shower had paint peeling off the wall. The door at some point had been kicked in and the “repaired”. Not a spot to bring a family that’s for sure. But the price was fair, especially Labor Day weekend.
