I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. I visited this shop to have a chain shortened. I noticed that the chain wasn’t adjusted to how I had requested, so I politely brought it to the owner’s attention. Unfortunately, his reaction was unexpectedly defensive.

Instead of addressing the issue calmly, the owner insisted on charging an additional fee for the correction. Although I had clearly explained the desired length initially, I was willing to accept the misunderstanding and pay extra to resolve the matter. However, the situation deteriorated when the owner became increasingly defensive, raised his voice, and mocked me, which felt extremely disrespectful.
