I decided to change the hotel today. Surprisingly, the reason was that a hotel reservation suddenly came in and I couldn't extend my stay anymore. The hotel I stayed at regularly contacted me the day before. His employees prioritized corporate reservations over those staying at the hotel, and if I didn't go out, I could call the police in a strong tone and was treated as a criminal. When I heard this story from an employee, I was very surprised to talk to the manager. And the manager said, "You said you broke the hotel policy." This manager tells lies. I have never done such a thing. And he told me, "Corporate reservations are also incorrect information, and regular reservations are full." I told the manager that the manager's behavior was the worst. I knew I would add a reservation, but I asked why I had to leave for a relative reservation for a company. At that time, the store manager kept yelling, "Go somewhere in the worst hotel," and didn't want to deal with it. This manager has not been fully recognized as a guest since I stayed and I was treated like her employee. The manager ordered me many times with a very strong tone. As my stay prolonged, her attitude escalated. The company then sends me text emails, cheap coupons, and attached URLs to take me to expensive sites and make reservations. Prices fluctuate over $ 30. In addition, third-party discount booking companies offer low prices, offer other incomprehensible costs such as resort fees and amenity fees, and hide them in taxes or pay locally. The tax is a hotel tax, the consumption tax is doubled, and the city tax is difficult to understand. It can only be said to be a fraud. When I report this to the company's complaints department, it is "normal." "I don't know how much the hotel price will fluctuate at that time." In short, the hotel can charge a discriminatory high. We also work with Google to access personal information and manage prices. Access the app and pay a high usage fee. By accessing such personal information without hesitation, we have adopted a system that guides you to pay a high fee. Corporate crime clerk does not deal with this at all. This fraudulent hotel, and the worst hotels in the area, are willing to charge $ 340 per day. It's really sad that such a company works with such a manager. $ 50 a day is enough for this hotel. Corridors and elevators always smell like dog pee, as the walls of the corridors are bumpy due to leaks and not properly cleaned. I told him to clean it many times, but he didn't do anything. And take the damage fee firmly. Where did the hotel...

Here are the very few positives. We booked this room because we couldn’t get a llate check out at our hotel, and just needed somewhere to keep our stuff for 7 hours, and shower before our red eye flight. We figured $126 was reasonable and how bad could it be right? It’s just a few hours. If anything it should be clean and sanitary……
The room we stayed in was on the sun deck which doesn’t have an elevator to, so we we had to lug our bags up a few flights of stairs after the elevator stopped on the 7th floor. It was Quiet though and away from the loud main streets. It was a nice change from the busy hotel that we came from. The front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in. We used the sun deck for some last minute sun bathing before heading to the airport. Convenient parking in the garage. Room has a good sized fridge and microwave, hair dryer.
The bad: Thin walls and could hear everything the neighbors next door were saying and doing.
Everything about this room was bad.
Holes in the backs of the curtains which were emphasized by the sunlight coming through. unpatched holes in the wall, cords everywhere under the tv and no convenient outlets. Bed frames were worn and dirty. There was a dirty washcloth hanging with the clean bath towels that was covered in makeup foundation. It was dirty, not stained. Bathroom floors had dirt and scum build up along edges of the wall. Bathtub had bad patch jobs all over it and the shower head is very short, and I’m only 5’4”. We moved a table looking for an outlet and there was so much dust, dirt and filth. The sheets looked clean so we did take a short nap. When we arrived home my bf had bites on his ankles and I had 3 bites on my back. We were told they looked like bed bug bites. We made sure to wash every single thing that we took into that room.
There is absolutely no reason that a hotel should be this dirty or neglected. Someone in management is not doing their job and I don’t recommend anyone stay here. There is no attention to detail and obviously nobody checks behind the housekeepers for cleanliness. But if they have bed bugs that’s a cat to the health department.,
If the room had been clean I could ignore the visual flaws of damage etc, but it was not ok. If the bathroom floor is that dirty I can’t even imagine what’s in the carpet.
I attached photos of my bites on my back. Acquired during my nap in this hotel.
Stay elsewhere! Anywhere else!!!!! Don’t let the clean lobby and friendly front desk employees fool you. This...
Read more( I am a English Teacher from Japan. I can speak and understand Japanese really well.) October 1st, 2013 we arrived at the hotel. Next day (Oct. 2nd) we were talking to the Front desk lady. When we saw this Japanese girl hysterically crying. Someone (housekeeper or hotel staff) in the hotel stole 2 japanese passports, money and credit cards from their hotel room. A suspect it was hotel staff because the room was throughly cleaned but their cash and money was gone from their suitcases was NEATLY ARRANGED ( like a hotel maid). So it is easily to put 2 & 2 together... The japanese female tourists looked very young probably their first country abroad.
I felt bad for them but the asian front desk lady was laughing while they were waiting for the police. Was it an inside job ? Why was the asian front desk lady laughing so hard, WHY ? Why kind of hotel is this ?
5 days later, one of the front desk staff questioned an african american military man walking in the hotel lobby. The front desk man for some strange reason ONLY asked for his hotel room number ? The front desk man (John) didn't ask me or numerous hotel guests their room. Just the black guy ! ! ! I have never seen a hotel have some much problems than single out a black guy because he is big and works out. Plus he told me in the elevator his was in Iraq ???? Is this the way Ewa Hotel Staff treat african american military members ? Hahaha !!! Crazy hotel.. I rate this hotel zero.... Zero for security Zero for Front desk check in staff, security for your room and hotel maids stealing...
