PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. The drive thru employees (2 African American females) that were working on Dec 22nd. I passed by to get my son food before I dropped him off at the airport. The female at the drive thru took my order, I handed her my card and then she told me to reverse and she would wave me down when my order is ready. At that time I was focusing on telling my son how the airport works and what signs to read and directions to follow. Since it was his first time flying. A little over 5 min she waves me down. Hands me my food and then hands me my card. That’s when I realized they had kept my card and then I thought to myself why would they keep my card, why I was told to reverse when there was nobody behind me and why I didn’t just wait at the window like most people do. About a week later they tried making 2 transactions online for Express and my bank declined them since I had my card locked. I automatically knew that they had my bank card info. I called my bank and blocked any transactions from express… it’s January and 3 transactions for $180 were made. I called my bank and they told me my card had been compromised and the transactions went to a cashapp account that ISNT MINE. I spoke with cashapp and they told me the same thing and said someone used my card to withdraw money to their cashapp. Mind you.. THIS LOCATION WAS THE ONLY LOCATION this has EVER happened at. Never have I been asked to reverse and wait much lesson have my order taken more than 5 min when it was EMPTY!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE TAKING YOUR CARD INFO AND STEALING MONEY FROM DRIVE THRU CUSTOMERS. I’ve tried contacting the location 6 times and their phone is never working. I called the number on the receipt and nobody ever answers. I finally contacted corporate and put a complaint. DO NOT LET THEM KEEP YOUR CARD. Don’t make the stupid mistake I made. Now I’m out $180 and these thieves are still working at this location....

I went through the drive-thru at 4:29 a.m. on 1218 2018 and had a lady by the name of Chiquita attending first of all I wasn't able to order when I first got there a little bit before 4 a.m. I was told their systems were updating and I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes I went by there again after 10:15 minutes and I was told that I had to come back 10 15 minutes I told the young lady that I've already been there waiting so what's going on she kind of gave me a lot of attitude and said if you don't like it did that go somewhere else but you have to wait and when you're ready I'll let you know. so I waited another 10 to 15 minutes finally at 4:29 when I went the second time she was able to attend meet but with a lot of attitude again none as I proceeded to the window I paid and I was given change but no receipt I asked for that one at my receipt cuz I didn't want to call customer service and share my concerns she refused to give me a receipt for my purchase she finally gave me a reprint receipt which I'm taking a picture and pushing it on this thing but I was like okay. as I left I started to be very concerned because she kind of gave me a smile and said enjoy it when I left which made me feel very uncomfortable about what they probably did with my food so I did not eat the sandwich that I ordered and paid for it instead I decided to hold onto it and take a look at it and inspect it very carefully. Upon inspection I found white hairs on it I don't know why I don't know from where those white hairs inside my sandwich that is very concerned so I decided to go ahead I do agree with you and also call customer service and share my concerns. it concerns me a lot for you the customer to have to go through what I went through so my best recommendation is to avoid going through what I went through is avoiding this...
Read moreWhen I first walked in, I noticed there was no option to place an order with a person—only through the self-service kiosk. I waited and asked twice, in ten-minute intervals, to speak with someone for assistance. Each time, I was told someone would come, but no one ever did.
I had questions about an item that wasn’t appearing on the kiosk, and I also didn’t receive a receipt after placing my order. It felt like the restaurant is intentionally pushing for a zero customer interaction model, which is frustrating when issues arise.
Eventually, when I was finally able to speak with an employee, I had to prove I made a $33 order by showing the charge on my credit card, simply because the kiosk was out of paper and no one responded when I initially asked for help. Poor customer service and a disappointing...
