Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

On 12/08/2020 so I went to the drive-thru and as you can see I was charged. They told me that my card had not been charged iand that I had to pay again. I gave them the transaction ID and show them on my phone inside my Discover account that it had posted to my account. Below is some evidence. The manager argued and said I'd have to pay again and that when my credit card statement came in showing that I had a double charge but I had to come back with my credit card statement as well as the receipt showing that I made the purchase from that location to be reimbursed. When I told her that I wasnt going to pay again because i can show my card was charged, i asked of we could refund the purchase using the transaction id she said whatever I will give it to you for free then. I went back today and I made an order for the number one meal 3 tacos and was given a #3 instead. Due to the unprofessional nature of the manager, and now the consistency of order mess-ups I will no longer be going to...

I ordered a grilled burrito, but upon receiving it and taking a bite, I realized it had not been grilled. I returned to the drive-thru, where a female employee with brown hair in a ponytail took the partially eaten burrito and placed it back on the grill. The burrito was then pressed down so much that it resembled a quesadilla. I am concerned about the sanitation of this process, as the burrito that had been bitten was placed on the same grill used for other customers' food.

Additionally, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff rushed me during my order by repeatedly asking if that was all, and then asked if I wanted to donate my change. This approach seemed disrespectful and detracted from the overall experience. I would appreciate if you could address these issues with your management and team to improve both professionalism and customer service. I am unlikely to return to this location due to...

This Place Is Very Modern. They Keep It Clean Which Is Excellent.

I Went Because I Saw Their 10 Items Under Three Dollars & Thought That Was Very Excellent For A Tight Budget Like I Had. I Ordered Two Spicy Potato Soft Tacos, Two Bean & Rice Burritos & A Side Of Guacamole. These Came To Be Just Under $10.

I'm Vegan, So I Have To Customize My Order. It Would Be Great To See Substitutions Plainly For Example. The Fiesta Potato Soft Taco Has Cheese & Chipotle Sauce, Both Which Are Dairy Based. I Could Only Remove These. So, I Am Paying More For Items, I Do Not Receive. They Also Still Put Cheese On The Burritos After I Expressly Specified, No Dairy, I Am Vegan. Lastly, I Was Ignorant About If They Have Any Sauces That Are Vegan Friendly Other Then The Packets. It Would Be Great To Have These Labeled Somewhere
