0 stars, all across the board I had a delay/cancellation on a Frontier Airlines flight, and this is the hotel they, Frontier Airlines sent me to in Houston for an overnight stay.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The entire place smelled of mold, and it looked nothing like the photos online. It was dark, outdated, dusty, and damp. At check-in, I was asked for my ID and airline reservation numbers, then told to write my credit card number on a sheet of paper for a $200 āincidentals hold.ā I expressed concern, but was told my only alternative was to wait in the lobby until the next shuttle at 6 AM (nearly seven hours away) or return to the airport on my own.
When I went up to the room, it was worse. The TV didnāt work and was stuck on a single channel, with a remote that had no battery cover. The microwave didnāt work, and the refrigerator wasnāt cold. That no longer mattered because my insulin had already spoiled while waiting for Frontier to resolve the situation.
The bed sank in the middle, making it feel like sleeping in a human taco, and the sheets smelled of damp mold. The sink water smelled so foul I didnāt even brush my teeth. When I tried to buy bottled water from a vending machine, it was brokenāso I ended up drinking lukewarm fountain water in a paper cup.
The hallways reeked of marijuana, and people were partying on my floor. I couldnāt sleep. The shower looked like something out of an RV and barely produced water, so I couldnāt shower either.
By 3 AM, I packed my things and decided to leave. My flight was at 8:30, which meant I needed to be at the airport by 6. The ā24/7 shuttle serviceā advertised was falseāit didnāt begin until 6 AM. The front desk instead pushed me toward a āRide Shareā advertised on their counter, claiming it was the only option. I checked online, and rates for a ride to the airport ranged between $12ā25, so I agreed.
The driver picked me up but then made multiple additional stops at other motels, assuring me Iād still make it on time. Just 2 blocks away from the hotel, heading towards the airport, he told me the fare was $75. This hotel directed me into an overpriced and exploitative service that took advantage of...

Her flight was delayed & she didnāt arrive until 12:30 AM. Her mom had just passed away, she is handicapā¦. And is 73 years old. The clerk let her know that the hotel is booked & she could try the over flow hotel. She explained that she had a reservationā¦. He again said they are full. The airlines had cancelled some flights & many vouchered travelers had been able to get a room. She then asked how was she able to get to the next hotelā¦. You can always call a cab or walk.š³ He is telling this to an elderly handicap woman who had a reservation . She told him she could not walk & that she was out of money for a cab. He then said let me check again. He said that he had 1 room where the guest didnāt show⦠he could let her stay there. He then asked for her voucherš³ She had to tell him again that she has a reservation. He harassed an elderly woman, who is handicap & just lost her mom. He was to distracted to listen to her say I have a reservation. Terrible service. We did call 3 separate times to speak with a manager. They were to busy to come to the phone. When I did speak to a clerk who offered to help⦠I expressed my concerns about them trying to send her away & that she could walk to the next hotel. She tried telling me that our reservation was for the wrong date. I believed her until I found the email with the confirmed date. I did call back & ask for a manager. Still have not had any communication from this hotel or the owners. Beware. Not a good...
Ā Ā Ā Read more-0 stars what so ever Don't ever stay here I booked a room with a double bed when they gave me the key and I walk in I noticed a joined room i didn't feel safe being that I was traveling by myself so I asked to be switched to a different room no joined room . they gave me a different room walked in and it was another joined room so I was like maybe it will be ok but then I opened the door just to check and other door was missing a handle and tissue was wedged in the handle I immediately went to the front desk . When I arrived back they then told me none of there double bed rooms dont have joined rooms so they end up giving me a single bed room and this is what the room looked like š”š” and of course I immediately went back to the front desk and just canceled the whole reservation.. I booked room through booking and now they are not trying to give me a refund because I didnt stay there... workers have a bad attitude 3 specific ladies Rose,Litzy and there another one but could get her name.. I asked for a manager and they said they dont have a on-site manager they move around and that they dont have a number to even contact a manager its all through email. I left and return the next day to talk to someone it was a different lady she then told me the same thing but then she was trying her best and calling to try and find a manager for me which I appreciated that.. but know through booking it says I completed my stay and charge me and the property is not trying to give me a refund or answer there...
