*2nd Update: Jay went out of his way to try and atone for the problem with the warehouse giving us one extremely used frame. It was sold as-is which we were not remembering from the sale but he explained & showed us on the receipt. He gave us an ether net cable to connect the frames to work jointly so that the gross remote doesnāt have to be used at all. Heās also going to find a remote showing less wear as well anyway. That said, the warehouse still gets only 1 star for not marking the one frame as the poor external condition it is. Note that the frame does work, it just looks like it came out of someoneās garage.
The Purple mattress (which if you read the below) was a return but we absolutely LOVE it! We are done with traditional mattresses, every single one weāve had - including an expensive ones - have troughed not long after getting them. We did not like the Tempur-pedic (feels like being stuck in a pudding) and the Purple fit what we were looking for. Highly recommend!
**Update: The bed frame we actually received was obviously badly used, holes, wear, and the remote looked like it was off someoneās nightstand. Very very disappointed!!!

A few months ago we came in to buy a mattress and applied for financing on the bed. The salesman who helped us said we were qualified through Koalofi to get financing. He told us that we would have 3 months interest free and then they would start charging interest and when I asked what the interest rate was he said āitās pretty high - if you take the whole 12 months to pay it youāll end up paying double for the bed.ā So we said okay we will just pay it off in 3 months and itās not a problem. Well 3 months roll around and I wasnāt gonna be able to pay the full balance for a couple more weeks so we decided āwe will just pay a few hundred dollars interest and pay it off in a couple weeks - no problemā so when I got online two weeks later to pay it off I was obviously SHOCKED that the new payoff balance was more than the bed cost itself. So I look at the āleaseā agreement to find out it never had interest, it was never even a loan. It was a rental agreement, saying we agreed to pay 3x what this bed was worth unless we paid it by this date we would get an early purchase ādiscount.ā
So now we owe $,6000 on a $2,600 bed.
So donāt learn from our mistake, read the fine print, read the agreement for yourself before telling them to submit it, and donāt trust the salesmen who work here to do their part in explaining what youāre actually...

I then went to Bitneyās and was very disappointed that they steered me to another frame because it would take less time to get than the Temp Ergo they also carried.
