MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Kalispell

First off the current general manager of kalispell north is a super kind and nice man that always makes you feel welcome , always. I can't go on enough about him individually but there is a plot twist in his chain of command.

Specifically 3 leadership staffers of his MOD / CaptainTeam .

I have ordered custom pizzas at this location from the moment they opened. I am known for the many toppings I choose and liked the healthiness of the ingredients.... chicken breast included.

however the vibe changed when they hired second chance Felons from post jail in various stages of drug and alcohol recovery and believe that by July or August of 2025 this Kalispell North Location will be shut down like Missoula was.

I believe they have created such inconsistency and had a recent bad string of cigarette chain smoken , non friendly staff hires with aggressive and disrespectful energy, I will not go back into store. I don't like my peace being taken from me.

I am not judgey and believe in second chances for the working community. I understand this is a public review.

There is an explosive uptic in growth and population here in the flathead valley ... and eating out is an experience and worth the money...it's when the experience is taken from you it's no longer worth it...

The decline of this store is a sinking ship and undeniable. I would love to be proven wrong....

My words here perhaps are harsh but a couple recent experiences lead me to this 1st time only negative review.

Worst experience at a MOD pizza ever. We went into the location at 12 noon today 06/16/2022 to order lunch. we walked in and we were the 2nd people in line as they had just opened. the employees had nothing ready to go prior to opening. they didn't start taking peoples orders until 5 minutes after noon keep in mind they have been open for 5 minutes already and never started taking orders upon opening. The girl that was pressing pizza dough had headphones in and never greeted any customers. Once we finally ordered we had to wait several minutes to pay for our lunch and the pizzas we ordered (4 mod sized pizzas and a cheese bread) just sat on the rack waiting to get cooked. The lady cooking the pizzas was talking on her personal cell phone instead of cooking pizzas and doing the job that she was being paid for. Other pizzas kept making there way into the oven ahead of ours from people behind us in line. 45 minutes after walking into Mod pizza in Kalispell Montana we finally received our order and I must say it wasn't worth the time spent or the money. Pizza was way over cooked crust was hard. this was a to go order so we didn't notice until we got it home and we didn't want to spend another hour at this horrible location. I know that the excuses will be that we are short staffed and they are new employees and if this is the case then you need to rethink your model for your location (hours, days that you are open ect). This was the worse experience I have ever had and I probably will never return to this location ever again. waste of my hard earned money. Not a...

Guys you can get ANY topping on your pizza WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE, this is NOT a drill! ANY number of toppings WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE, THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!! Not to mention they have lots of dipping or glaze options for your pizza or whatever you get. There are also salads available. I'm one of those crazy garlic people so I always get lots of roasted garlic on my pizza and all sorts of crazy toppings with SO MUCH CHEESE, FRICK THE HATERS. They do have dairy free cheese for those who need it as well as gluten free options for crusts

The Marion blackberry lemonade is enough to make me want to come here again and again let alone the delicious pizza. Pretty good prices too I think it's like 7-8 bucks for a pizza? They all come in the same sizes, good for 1-3 meals depending on the person and if you get cheesy garlic bread.

I always get my food to go but from what I've seen it's a very clean facility, lots of available seating options for small or HUGE groups of people (there's a GIGANTIC table in the center of the dining area) as well as outdoor options for people who like the outside for some reason.
