Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Kalispell

Love Krispy Kreme donuts but was very disappointed with my last visit. National Dunut day was Friday June 3rd and since I was in Kalispel I stopped by to get some donuts. It was right before closing and 2 cars we're ahead of me. After a long wait the first car took off and left the business completely. The second car pulled up for a few minutes and took off as well. As I pulled up I got the feeling that maybe they weren't open but there was no note or anything about them being closed. After waiting for several minutes with no response I pulled up to the pickup window where I found a note stating that they were closing 45 min early due to routine maintenanc. Very disappointing to say the least and especially on national donut day. The lack of notice about the early closure on the order sign was also...

I am disappointed with this location.

When going in, around 730am, they always seem to be out of donuts. I like to purchase the newest flavors for my coworkers, and almost ever single time I go to get a fun theme, like the tour of Italy, or Harry Potter, they inform me that they will not have any available until after 1130am.

I'm getting donuts for breakfast, who wants to wait until 1130 when I would have to take my lunch break to go get them!

It's not always the feature donuts they don't have. Lately they haven't had any of the cake donuts, including the pumpkin spice that just came out.

Normally, I would just let this go and move on but it's just soo disappointing that I wanted to write...

I was in Kalispell for work last week and was super jacked to see they had a KK. Made it there every morning to go get donuts. I think the guy I spoke to every morning was the manager which I don't recall his name. Super friendly and always greeted us as soon as we came thru the door. I asked him the 2nd day we were there what to do for sight seeing and he gave us many good recommendations. My co worker didn't go inside the last morning we were in town and he sent a donut with me to give to him. He is a great dude and I wish more places had an employee like him. I'll be back the next time I'm in town. Thanks again for the awesome fritter out of the fryer and great donuts...
