Okay... I don't like doing this because I honestly do feel bad! My boyfriend and I came here to watch football this Sunday and he like to drink beer while he watches the game and we often share some food! The first time, I simply asked for a soda water, the server brought tonic and said she "didn't know" what soda water was. We had to run to the grocery store halftime so we closed our bill and came back unfortunately sitting in the same section where the TV was that was playing the game we needed. This time, it took our server over 20 minutes to bring him one beer, after my boyfriend, who has worked as a server for 9 years, very politely reminded her, she simply disappeared! Came back 10 minutes later FINALLY with the beer. At that point my boyfriend asked to speak to a manager (and as a server he HATES doing this). However, the manager responded with the fact that our server was on multiple medications and got overwhelmed easily so he tried to give her a small section. HE DIDNT COMP THE BEER. Just made an excuse and off he went! I understand wanting to help people out, however after this, we had to rush so my boyfriend could go to work, the server then took 20 minutes to even let us pay! We noticed multiple people around us, getting super frustrated because she would simply disappear and not return for 15 minutes at a time. And it wasn't even our server who came and finally took our check. It was the manager! I know everyone goes through things and might need some help. But a sports bar, on a Sunday? When there is a massive wait to sit? Is not the time and place to have a server get overwhelmed and ignore tables for 20-30 minutes at a time! Give her weekday morning shifts to help her still work, and not be so overwhelmed! It reflects very badly on the establishment! I do not want to see her get fired obviously, but be put in a position where it's fitting to her mental health and needs! We will not be returning because our only morning off, my boyfriend left so beyond frustrated and so rushed because our server just didn't let us pay and leave!! The manager was absolutely useless and just made excuses and didn't comp one...

I'm pretty sold it's a requirement to being employed at a BBW, "having been hired here we expect you to not care about anything while on this clock here ar BBW" "we let our steroid chicken rude bartenders and hosts do all the work here" unfortunately I haven't come to this conclusion by having just visited your/ BBW establishments so many times I feel it's time to give your over priced ego trash a honest review.
