Wow! Was not expecting how rude the night clerk was. I checked with my OS load team. During check in I told the young lady I needed a ground floor as Im disabled. During check in my team I I were talking about me having a pacemaker & still smoking. I went to dinner & came back. My key didnt work, after reprogramming my key she came down & told me the door needed new batteries, of course there were none, she couldnt even get the key to work. She said she would have to move my room to an upper or lower level, NO ELEVATOR. I explained and asked for a disabled room as I cant do stairs. Her remark was, "Im sure you can do stairs if you smoke". EXCUSE ME! ARE U MY DOCTOR, HAVE YOU RAN ANY TESTS WHAT SO EVER TO DIAGNOSE ME THAT I CAN DO STAIRS? Do you kno my heart works at less than 40% of anyone my 58 yrs old? Yes I smoke with my heart cause guess what, Im gonna die well before Im suppose to, so let me be, let me live MY LIFE! I also still work my bottom off to ve able to leave my kids with something! FINALLY, she told me I do have one room on the main left but I leave it open for "old ladies". Ok, well Im old, my heart is that of a 90 year old! Just bexause I look fine doesnt mean I AM! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ITS ILLEGAL TO ASK ABOUT DISABILITY & ILLEGAL TO TREAT A DISABLED PERSON AS I WAS TREATED JUST BECAUSE "I DONT LOOK IT" THEN I go to check out. We have always used my husbands name for our rewards point, even when hes not with me. The young man at 6:30 am tells me I cant unless my husband is with me. B.S. we travel 22-28 days a month & all choice hotels have done it. Room was nice but customer service sucks big...

Read moreFirst off I do want to say this place seems to be pretty clean ( though there was a massive spider in the hallway when we first arrived about the width of a baseball i kid you not). The front desk staff were pretty nice. The pool seemed pretty well up kept as well, and our girls loved it. Do keep in mind the hot tub was filled in with cement.
The hotel itself is a sad affair. Issues everywhere. Our room floor was on a slant and feels very sketch. The ceilings are all janky. The tile floors in the bathroom are not secure in place and I guarantee water is getting underneath them causing more problems. The bed was meh. The images on the tv were blurry and super low quality, like think the 80’s style.
The housekeeper that was assigned to our room was quite aggressive with her job. Friday night we arrived late, past 1am and didn’t think to put the Don’t disturb card on the door handle. Just after 8 In the morning the housekeeper is knocking at the door and I said we didn’t need anything. She continues to get after me for not putting the card on the door.. Sunday morning 8am comes around, there she is knocking at the door again, and before I could respond she opens the door! She proceeds to ask if we’re checking out. Uh we will be. Check out is at 11! She then asks my husband shortly after in the hallway when we will be checking out. It blows my mind thinking about it.
The stay was definitely not worth $150 a night. Whoever is in charge of this hotel should consider knocking it down, rebuilding it, and retrain housekeeping...
