Chloe is a sweet lady we went in later in the evening to change our phone plan and add two new ones to it. I was getting a new phone and transferring all my stuff from my old phone to my new one then giving my old one to my son who had an obsolete phone that he was transferring his stuff from to my old one. And my other son also had an obsolete phone that he was transferring stuff from to a better phone that I had brought for him. Being as late as we had come in and knowing how long all this was going to take she just smiled even knowing that ment she would be there past closing time! And she confided in us she had come in early that day as well. So yes Chloe is a very sweet lady! She was very nice and extremely patient with us. Helped us get our phones working before we left the office eventhough I'm sure she just wanted to go home. So I go in out of necessity as the screen on my wife's phone was about dead. Found an old friend at the new store. Debbie. Also found the Samsung Note 20. As a result, when I placed this sim into my phone, it got blacklisted on the international IMEI database preventing it from working not only on the Verizon network but also on other major networks. When I returned to the store, the management refused to help and did not even refund or exchange the sim card!
