I rented power equipment here that did’t work. It caused a huge disruption in my project plans and I had to go somewhere else to rent equipment that worked. I called and told the gal who answered that it was’t working and that I needed to bring it in for a refund. She told me that’s fine. I bring it back and the manager, Luke, wouldn’t refund me for renting an ancient POS that wouldn’t work (because the kid gave me the wrong unit) and said I should have traded it for the one that worked, even though the kid told me I had the only working one. My fault, Luk said. My loss.

They lost a customer who has spent thousands there (and probably would have spent thousands more) just because they didn’t want to give a $60 refund for a service they didn’t provide.

The glue holding the bridge of one of my vintage hollow bodied acoustic guitars popped off! Inorder to avoid this happening again, I decided to re'secure the bridge not only with glue, but also with (2) bolt's drilled through the bridge and body, secured within by locking washers and bolt nuts. The helpful and courteous employee found the perfect bolt's. Not just some run of the mill, basic silver bolt's that would have stuck out detracting from the overall beauty of the instrument, he found yellowish/gold bolt's that look like what the guitar was originally built with. I would give them 10 stars if I could! We are on holiday - traveling in our RV. Our heating system has failed and it is dipping to 30 degrees tonight. The RV repair man suggested we go to Dollar General for a ceramic heater - they didn’t have any. The clerk suggested Crosby’s but stated that they closed almost an hour ago. This is Saturday night - meaning no heater until Monday - as we passed Crosby’s I saw a lone car outside and we turned around and my husband went inside.
