Henry's Piece Of Paradise — Hotel in Key West

This review is given by 2 senior couples. So take that into consideration. The check-in process was easy. When we arrived to the unit it had not been cleaned; however, after notifying Henry it was clean and smelling great within 2 hrs. After buying tons of K-pods we discovered the Keurig did not work. Since we were here for 7 days I feel that should have been replaced. The beds are comfy, the couches not so much. The 1st bedroom has an open ceiling to the family room so privacy could be an issue. The kitchen and dining rooms were nice and cool but the bedrooms and family room got fairly warm. Would have helped if the thermostat was adjustable below 70 or possibly supplied fans for these areas. The WiFi was extremely poor with lots of buffering. If you’re a tv watcher it will be difficult. The view of the ocean is beautiful but with all the noise you can’t enjoy sitting outside. The noise also bled into the inside! It was nice having 2 king beds and 2 baths. There was a luggage scale, which was very handy. The parking situation was great and very convenient. The pool and beach area were amazing and so relaxing. The exercise room was not impressive (2 machines were broken and 2 were rusted). I liked the decor of the unit and there was absolutely no dust on anything which was amazing!!! Kudos to the...

Pool and hot tub very nice , Place very nice , rented for a week. First of all when we got there the key did not work to get inside where the entrence to the building is , finally when we got in the old man at the front want super rude , he told us he could not help us Becuase we did not get a pactket from the people, and then there was a ladie that told my wife to sush , and that was very rude of her, send of all we called them latter that day and told them that there clicker to open the gate to park the car wasn't working , and it might need new batteries , the person who we called said, ok we will send some one in the morning , never sent a person to come and fix it and never called us , we will not be renting from them again or coming...

Beautifully well appointed. Condo has pretty much everything. Location is good. Master shower did not work. I'm sure the owner will have gotten that fixed by now as I brought it to his attention. Nice and quiet resort. I liked the security. A couple of sandy beaches close by. Great place to stay. Simply beautiful resort and very nicely...
