Seralago hotel — Hotel in Kissimmee

1 star… only because it didn’t smell! Where shall we start… the door had been kicked in, so, while it did lock, there was a gap at the bottom to let all the bugs and small local lizards in. The shower was so gross I put down a towel before stepping in to wash myself. I brought in my own blankets from the car (not taking any chances there). They said to call if we needed more than the one towel provided, but I couldn’t because the phone didn’t work, nor did the two lights by the phone. The 70’s decor added a vintage flavor to the room, however, the lack of knobs on the dressers made me ponder their functional utility. Moreover, the rusted out microwave raised questions as too the seriousness the owners placed in the health and welfare of the customer visiting. I’m sure the dumpster they took it from was cleaner than the restroom area it is now housed within. Ohhhh… and the best part. If you wish to use toilet paper to cover the seat before using, I would recommend removing the entire roll from the wall before proceeding to whatever necessities you wish to accomplish… because, if you give it a yank while still on the roll, the entire paper holder dislodges from the wall right into the toilet. I will never be staying at this hotel ever again. My experience here was all bad. Both hot tubs not working, restaurant was not open, only 1 pool was heated. Had to switch rooms the doors would not lock anyone could just push the door open and walk in. The rooms had water damage and smelled like mold and musty. I seen roaches in my rooms. Had to get new rooms keys made mine stop working every day I waited in line for new keys for 90 minutes and I was next and she went outside for a cigarette break with 20 people in lobby waiting to get rooms. Had to transfer rooms after the first night. The ac didn't work and just rumbled like a truck. After changing rooms the next morning apparently they rented the room we were in and someone tried to come in at 8 in the morning. Then security pounds on the door 10 minutes later and when I go to the desk they give me attitude like it's my fault. He really tried to say none of your stuff was stolen right? What does that have to do with the fact that at 8am when im sleeping in a hotel i shouldnt have random people given keys to open my door! DONT...
