please don't come . wasted money on a escape room experience 1.) the rules were not as clear as though they should have been . We were told that we wont need items for more than once puzzle we had to use the same key twice on 2 different locks. The second rule we were told not to touch the plants in the room. the last puzzle required us to dig though a plant to find the objects we needed to solve the puzzle . 2.) one of the combination locks straight up did not work and we tried multiple combinations of what it could have been witch we had the right combo after all just the lock wasn't working . it was the puzzle involving math . we got the right answer multiple time just the lock was not working . we spent 20 ish minutes trying to figure it would just to ask the game master what the combo was and she verified it was right just the lock was broke. 3.) the game master she was nice but it seemed she was not paying attention because we got stuck on a lock for 20 minutes and that she did try to help us or even give us proper nudges in the right direction . only after the puzzle had its own flaw and needed to be explained like the lock being broke , the 2 locks one key or having to touch plants when we were told not too . over all it was a bad experience and honestly I have never had this bad of an experience at an escape room before and almost have half a mind to ask for a refund. will not be going back . they seriously need to get their act together it seems as though its a tourist trap. This was our first time at Think Escape Games but we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Ricki (who we had just seen at a different place) Seeing her familiar, friendly face and infectious enthusiasm truly makes the start of any escape room adventure feel special.

My wife and I dove into "Bubba's Basement Bargains: A Pawn Shop Heist" and "Exit Protocol." Both experiences were incredibly fun and engaging. We really appreciate the linear nature of these rooms, which allows for a clear and satisfying progression through the puzzles. The clues were clever, the mechanics were smooth, and we left each room feeling a real sense of accomplishment.

A massive special shoutout needs to go to Roxie, who was our phenomenal Game Master for 3/4ths of our two games at Think Escape Games! Roxie was absolutely brilliant. Her hints were perfectly timed and delivered with a fantastic blend of clarity and encouragement, never giving away too much but always steering us in the right direction.

Thanks to the overall fantastic experiences we've had, bolstered by Ricki's welcoming presence and Roxie's expert game mastering, we're already plotting our next visit. We're definitely coming back for "Smoke & Mirrors." And, even though scary games usually aren't our cup of tea, we're seriously considering taking on "Two Can Keep a Secret" purely because we've had such a good time with the Think Escape Games team. Last night, my girlfriend and I visited The Escape Hatch. I’m not sure words can even describe the experience we had while at this establishment.

We were able to meet the owners, who warmly welcomed us with smiles and professionalism. They were kind and so joyful to be around. When you walk into The Escape Hatch, you are whisked away and taken to another world. The art, memorabilia, and creativity that has gone into just their lobby alone, is unmatched. If you’re a fan of celebrity autographs, memorabilia, custom made neon signs, and things alike, this is the place for you!

We participated in Bubba’s Basement, one of their many escape rooms. I’ve been to several in my life and this room, blew the others, out of the water!!! I won’t spoil the surprise...but I’ll tell you this...if you want to challenge your brain and see if you can beat the clock...this is the one for you. The thoughtfulness, meticulousness, and creativity that went into Bubba’s Basement is unbelievable. You feel as if you really walked into the story and forget that you’re in a building in Kissimmee.

If you’re visiting Orlando, looking for a local date night, or just looking to get a group of friends together for a good time, look no further. The Escape Hatch has everything you’ll need. I promise you this, you’ll never find a better escape room. Mark my words.
