WORST WAITSTAFF EVER!!! SERVICE FOR FOOD SERVICE IS THE WORST . CHARGES TIP ON BILL IN ADVANCE FOR PARY OF 4 . CHARGES MORE FOR CARD USE AND EVEN CASH USE.

. Hispanic girl on her phone inside while we wait for her outside most of the night . Ordering, refills, bill, change. What a nightmare. Ok went to bar got drinks tried to order food told we needed to be seated and order. Ok got 3 drinks tipped 9.00 for the bartender to give us drinks. Went sat on patio wooden seats..... couldn’t get a waitress. Took 15 to 20 min for menus then another 30min to take our order. Our party Went to bathroom a few times noticed server inside on phone and talking.

Got our bill....had a tip already included (but we were a party of 4) parts of 6 or more it’s added per menu.

Also noticed charged more for debit/credit card use so we paid cash. Asked bill to be corrected and for auto tip to be removed ( no mistake on her keeping change because we asked for the auto tip to be corrected as well as cash discount and got attitude sounds but an ok)

Waited and waited finally went in. I had to speak to another nice waitress I explained our waitress had attitude and was huddled behind another register and didn’t seem to want to fix the bill or no how while having attitude. Again blond waitress helped us and was nice. Had to redo our whole bill and gave me our change. It was 800 change on our 72.00 bill. I gave the 8.00 back to her for the tip but regretted it. Worst service, upset, and attitude. I hope the blond girl kept it but I’m sure she didn’t. Again we tipped 9.00 for fast quick hand us drinks and smile nice service. Had the girl been nice and done her job right or at least smiled and been apologetic she would have made at least double the 8.00. We wanted to go back for the atmosphere and music but we won’t go back now just easier to go somewhere else that we won’t...

During a recent visit to Old Town for some lunch and drinks, we decided to give Southern Breeze a try. Initially, our first impression was less than stellar; the place seemed a bit neglected with several tables needing a good wipe down, and there didn't appear to be anyone in a rush to clean them up. Reluctantly, we settled at a dirty table and braced ourselves for what we thought would be a mediocre experience at best. However, about five minutes later, our server arrived, and the situation took a turn for the better.

Cynthia, our server, was the beacon of warmth we didn't know we needed. She was friendly and sweet, quickly cleaning up our table and making us feel welcome. Her service really flipped the script on our initial impression.

To our surprise, the food was actually really good. I went for the hot dog with chili and cheese, and it hit the spot perfectly. It was one of those simple pleasures that you sometimes forget can be so satisfying when done right. The onion rings were another highlight—crispy, flavorful, and downright fantastic.

Sitting at our corner spot, we also got to enjoy some prime "people watching" as folks wandered around Old Town. It turned out to be a delightful spot to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the area.

Despite the rocky start, Southern Breeze proved to be a pleasant surprise. The combination of good food, friendly service, and a prime location for some casual observation made our visit a memorable one. The only reason I gave this restaurant 1 star is because the food did taste good. However not good enough to be stolen from by an over zealous and fast talking waiter. My mom, myself and our three children was visiting Fun spot Amerioca while on vacation in Kissimme. We decided to stop at this place in Old Town for lunch. The waiter was fast talking and fast moving but he was nice to say the least. I must say his kindness almost made me blind to the fact that he charged almost 60 plus dollars more than what he should have on my tab and would have gotten away with it had my mom not realize we didn't eat that much food for that amount of money. We went back over the receipt where he added his own gratuity a service charge, daiquiri charges that weren't even what we ordered and for every thing that's supposed to come on a burger twice because I ordered a "double burger"! LOL! When he finally did have a moment to speak with us about the receipt he was still talking fast trying to over talk me and basically tried to place blame on me saying I should look at my receipts closer before I render money which is true but I would think that as a human being seeing a mother of three and pregnant with her fourth you'd exhibit a bit of integrity but I guess that's wishful for this day and age.
