Just finished at this location, needless to say the only person who got to eat was my husband. I was brought a salad that was wilted and soggy as if it was an old bag of salad put in my bowl. I showed the waiter Fabio and he offered me another one in which I declined. I requested more biscuits and they never came, when our food came my order was totally wrong. I spoke to another waitress due to Fabio being busy tending to other tables. She got Fabio and he stated that was what I ordered. I told him exactly what my order consisted of and it was far off from what he brought. I told him to bring a menu so I could show him what he confirmed with me. Funny thing was, all of the sudden the page i ordered from was different or nowhere to be found. I told him I wasn't imagining things and to bring another menu. The other menu showed the food I ordered and he said that was an old menu. Fabio disappeared and when he came back My husband by this time was already half done with his food. Fabio said he took my food order off the bill and asked if I wanted anything else... I was not about to pay for something after we had such a bad experience and my husband was finished with his food! Seriously, this should have been tended to better, I should have spoken to a manager instead of depending on the waiter.
Disaster struck and I waited all day for my husband to get home so we could have a nice dinner. I ended up leaving and not eating, not being offered anything such as, "sorry you ordered off an old menu." I will never return to this location, heard many tables around me complain and the manager tended to them but never once came to our table. This is...
Read moreWe were seated in the bar area for dinner, party of 3. The bartender was the server and even though it started out that we were her only table, service was extremely slow. I ordered the shrimp special that included a soup or salad, app and choice of shrimp. It took a while for my salad and app to come out and when it do she dropped it and left. No one had utensils and the bread was already gone. We couldn’t get her attention so I took the bread basket up and asked for bread and utensils. The bread took forever to come out. My husband’s soup wasn’t brought out and he finally had to ask for it. When his steak and lobster came out, he asked for rare steak and it was medium well at best. He waited so long for the food he was going to eat it, but we called her back and showed her the steak and she was completely clueless that it was overcooked and asked if he wanted to send it back. Of course we do! My daughter ordered a sandwich and they didn’t bring any coleslaw with it so we had to ask for that too. About 20 minutes later a new steak arrived and was cooked properly. By that time everyone else was completely done with their dinner. Then we couldn’t get her attention to come back with a check so we finally had to go to the bar to pay. I understand that a bartender is doing 2 jobs, but if they aren’t capable to serve, they shouldn’t be serving. We could have walked out and they wouldn’t have known. I guess this is why they are going bankrupt. We used to enjoy eating there but won’t be back even if...

Have you ever pondered the stories behind the people you encounter in your daily life? I do.
This evening, I decided to have dinner at Red Lobster, where I had the pleasure of meeting Mary. She was exceptional, turning my dining experience into a delightful one. Intrigued by her warm spirit, I told her how much I enjoyed her service and asked about her story.
Mary shared her incredible journey with me. She has been with Red Lobster since 1969, dedicating her entire career to Darden Restaurants. Throughout the years, she has taken on various roles within the company. Seven years ago, her husband passed away, yet she remained committed to her work and her guests despite her struggles. Meeting Mary made me feel honored, as it reminded me of a time when companies and employees were truly loyal to each other.
I wondered if Darden Restaurants is aware of Mary and her remarkable dedication. If they knew, they would surely share her story and celebrate the many other employees and customers who have remained loyal over the years. Tonight, the restaurant was filled with graduates celebrating, and I savored the moment, knowing it might be one of the last if more locations close due to the company's recent financial troubles.
I don't usually write lengthy reviews, but in honor of Mary, I felt compelled to share this.
