So on 8/24 i was removed for absolutely no real Verifiable reason.Supposedly someone complained that i snitched on them in the pass. Mind you i only been in Floridaa short time and this is where i come often and this is the first issue i ever had in the couple years ive visited. So I asked security to verify this accusation with the name of the person And he wouldnt give it to me. Stating " safety issues" however i was in this place with a friend since 11:30 without issues. I did not do a damn thing but dance and when i asked for who he works for he didnt give it to me so im here pissed off in front the club if it was a safety issue why allow me to be in the bar area..
I want the number to his manager. Or the company I spend good money here and come here often. This is bull. That cant be proven..If this is what someone does for a tip its sad.
I ADVISE anyone planning to visit THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE CAUSE THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON...KICK YOU OUT FOR ACCUSATION WHICH THEY WILL NOT PROVE OR EXPLAIN
What security said was "someone" identified me as a person who snitched on them in the pass. Immediately i asked who it was and the name of the snitch. He also said they was coming back in 20 minutes. I started to tell him i been in the same area since i walked in. This is when he said he didnt have to explain himself. EXCUSE ME!! I am a paying customer and wasnt irrat3d i asked him simple questions which i felt wasnt out of place. I Ieft the club and went outside to wait the 20 minutes and nothing. Guess what How they called the cops on me when i already left the club. What a shame..if this is how you treat a paying customer off an accusation which the name of the snitch was given . What a shame. Threworse experience i ever had in my life..
I didnt cause any issue nor be rude .
Oh let me not for get my friend went to speak with someone and he truly cursed at her and still didnt give the name of the company.. that is not good customer service.
At one time i gave this place 5 stars not any more.
Below is the security...

Read moreI’ve been coming here almost every Sunday for Latin night and I have to say, my experience last night was absolutely terrible. The ambiance just felt entirely too tense, no one was really dancing, and that’s only out of the like 20 people that were there. Honestly, I was shocked to see the parking lot so empty on a Sunday because this used to be the place to be. It’s really sad to see a place that held space for the Latin community go to shit so quickly, it used to feel like you were going to a family party at your tio or tias place, there’d be kids running around every now and then too, it felt homey. It’s an entirely new staff as well, I heard the entirety of the old staff quit because of a comment the new owner/manager made to them. Also, for it being “Latin night” there was barely any Spanish music. Not to mention the goofy ass looney toons closing song they played at the end of the night. Truly, if I could give this place a 0/5, I would’ve. I’ve been coming here for years but after last night I don’t think I’ll ever go back, it was never like this before. They now close at 1am btw, instead of the previous 2am closing so if you work at the parks, don’t even bother coming for a drink after work, you’ll barely be able to get through half of your drink by the time they’re...
