TLDR: Never. Again. You’re better off going to Costco or Home Depot and you’ll pay about the same without having your property banged up and things broken. We have photos/proof of everything pre and post damage as well.
Made the mistake of buying some dented appliances after about an hour wading through the sweltering hot maze/storefront trying to make sense of pricing and options (pricing consistently going up as time went on). Finally settled on some of the cheaper items with damage since it’s pretty much retail pricing. We paid an extra 100 delivery fee only to have a frantic individual come to our home and proceed to damage the items he was delivering as well as our personal property. Delivery person in his extreme rushing (for unknown reasons - we were not in any hurry) proceeds to bash into the pool system, snapping the pipe seals causing instant leaks, broke the valve and immediately causes the equipment to cease working properly as it was moments before. We immediately point this out and he tries to deny it and leave. We called his boss who comes out to see the damage himself, and right away tries to refute all of the evidence from scuffs on fridge, scuffs on pipes with obvious paint exchanges where it was hit, leaking pipes on previously dry areas, gouges that line up, a broken valve piece on the ground where it was snapped off, a hissing valve crack, the bubbling malfunctioning pool, and scuffs on our floors. Eventually with all the irrefutable proof, he agrees it’s clear his guy did all of the damage and promised us he will make it right and leaves back to the office to get it sorted. We were grateful he was willing to help us make it right and overall very understanding. We thought it would be resolved quickly and amicably. WRONG! He calls back a short while later and tells us he won’t pay to fix the broken plumbing we had quoted to fix but instead, he is trying to make HIS EMPLOYEE pay us the delivery fee back from his own pocket and giving us zero compensation for the damage/repairs. We refused his offer since that’s both a complete 180 from what he committed to our faces and also it’s completely unfair to us and any employee. Read moreThe buying process was actually ok. Ray, who I think is the owner, had a ton of inventory to choose from with varying levels of damaged scratch and dent appliances. His prices individually were high, some exceeding retail value at Home Depot or Lowe’s. But if you get a few things the prices come down.
The horror story began during and after the delivery. They sent only one guy to install a 36” bespoke fridge and washer dryer set expecting me to help. He asked me to push the dolly from the back while he guided the fridge through the back yard. He steered us right into my pool equipment and I heard a big crack in my PVC plumbing and immediately noticed my return jets in the pool becoming depressurized and blowing out air. I pointed this out to him and he shrugged it off.
The fridge itself had additional scuffs on it from where he hit my pool equipment and I had photo evidence that it was fine just two days before. After some arguing he agrees he was at fault for the damage and would make it right, either via insurance or sending me a Zelle payment. Then they left.
I got a repair quote for $270, which was reasonable for the amount of repairs that needed to be done, and he said he was going to ask the installer (his employee) to pay for it. The company took zero responsibility for the damage forcing me to settle up with the installer. The installer said he would only pay for $100 of the $270 worth of damage he caused to my pool equipment (with photo evidence) and that was the end of the conversation. I did not accept as I would rather share this experience with the world in hopes it saves someone else from being in this situation with these sketchy people than recoup $100.
Their store is strange. Packed to the brim with damaged appliances. And they follow you around in a way that made me and my wife uncomfortable.
They’re nice until they’re not. They thrive on predatory high pressure situations. I fear they take advantage of many people. I would not go to this place alone.
If you do end up doing business with these people, I would recommend taking pictures of all of your appliances prior to delivery to check for any additional damage. Although, even with the photo evidence, it didn’t seem to make a difference in their resolution.

Read moresometimes you like to give a company a chance to make it right! From day one the refrigerator never put out any ice out of the dual ice maker! Then i had a water leak in back from a crack in a plastic piece in the water unit! Talk to Ray which he said he would take care of ! He came and said he would replace the part which come to find out the refrigerator he sold me you can’t even get parts for anymore! Continued to try to find a solution to problem but still he did nothing he couldn’t find the parts to fix it he said he would get them as soon as they came available which was never gonna happen! I said yeah can we return the Refrigerator and swap out for another one and even pay the difference he said with him taking the part off it couldn’t be covered by warranty which by the way he took off himself and bypass the filter fan! And then just kept putting me off said as of right now nothing he can do! Fast forward six months later no calls still waiting ! now the fans on both freezer and fresh food stop working he says if i find the parts he would have a guy put them on not pay for it or nothing! All this time i have been dealing with a refrigerator he tells me he doesn’t sell them anymore because of the issues i am having! So finally i get pissed i go up there and low in behold he has like 8 of those brand of refrigerators he is still selling and here is the kicker all along he had the exact same refrigerator he sold me still for sale so all along he could have just made it right and swapped of the Refrigerator for the other the least he could have done but instead just took my money like the shity business man he is if i could give a zero on the Rating i would on top of the this Refrigerator is only a little over a year old which is sad! I just had to go out and by another refrigerator because of Ray not wanting to take care of his customers and only cares about themselves what they can pass horrible appliances over over over again on to customers they all along plan on taking advantage of!
