This place is gross. I ordered from Luna grill Palm desert often. I LOVE that place! Their food has never been bad. Once this place opened I started ordering here, since I live in Indio. Not the same, at all! They sent me tzatziki once instead of garlic feta ( I order the big pint) which I donāt like tzaziki. They garlic feta is all yogurt, no garlic. Super water too for some reason. Their rice, which is usually perfection was like mashed potatoes one time, the other it was fine. The chicken was burnt to a crisp on one side, like black charcoal. One time it was fine other not. Then the veggie kabob, which is my favorite, is not the same as at the other place. Itās spicy, the onion is cut so thin it just burns off, the mushrooms taste grainy, there is so much seasoning on them that it taste like youāre eating sand! This item has never, ever, been spicy. I like spicy, I donāt mine that but, I donāt want to eat sand. Iām so disappointed as I love Luna grill. They need to change their cook right away before this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was excellent, especially for healthy fast food, and I would definitely recommend it. However, I do have one piece of constructive feedback. The individual working the cash register was also responsible for taking phone orders, which created a significant bottleneck. At one point, a line of 10 customers formed, and mobile orders kept piling up, while those of us in the restaurant were left waiting over 20 minutes for our foodānot exactly the experience you want for quick, healthy dining.
Itās important to prioritize the customer standing in front of you, ensuring their experience is smooth and efficient, before attending to phone or remote orders. Iād suggest temporarily pausing mobile orders on platforms like Uber Eats during peak times if resources are stretched too thin. This would help maintain a seamless in-person experience without sacrificing speed or customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLuna Grill in la Quinta is a solid choice for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food. The restaurant has a clean, modern vibe with a relaxed, casual atmosphere that's perfect for a quick lunch or low-key dinner.
The food was deliciousāstandouts were the chicken kabob plate and the hummus, which was creamy and well-seasoned. Portions are generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I also appreciated the variety of healthy options on the menu.
Service was friendly and efficient, though there was a slight wait during peak lunch hours. Still, the staff remained courteous and kept things moving.
The only reason for not giving five stars is they messed up our orders , they gave us extra plate. I think over all worth it .
Definitely a place I'd return to when craving Mediterranean food...
