There was an uninvited visitor in the room. The front desk attendant Mark from Mazatlan was awesome, great customer service. When we woke up today, we went to breakfast came back to change. A garment had fallen on the floor, the next thing we see is the garment moving across the floor. I was going to take a shower, my sister had recently gotten out of the shower. We were going to go swimming as the gym was closed. After running to the front desk for help, they sent someone who could not find our visitor. So we got our stuff( no shower!) And hauled tail out of there. The front desk told me that they gave us $25 off for our troubles....

This is the largest plaza closest to our home!! We are so lucky to have it in our area. They really have it all. Very disappointed in their phone customer service. I was kept on hold for over 22 minutes 2 times. No one ever answered my questions and I had no answers 😪 . Thinking about not returning to do business there.
