La Casita Restaurants — Restaurant in La Quinta

We phoned in for reservation today for 8 p.m. When we arrived, we had to wait for a table because no one bothered to look at the reservation book. After we were seated, the waitress took a long time to come back and serve our table for beverages and forgot to serve 4 drinks to the individuals at our table. It took even longer for the ordering of dinner (only 4 tables were occupied at the time). It took along time to receive our order and they messed up on order. After we had our dinner, it took another 30 mins before the waitress came to see if we needed anything else (we were waiting on a surprised birthday wish)...FINALLY we get the surprise for one of our family members. We stood at the register for about 6 mins and the waitress just kept staring at us. So, we had to ask for her to get someone to help us pay for our meal. I expected more from this restaurant based on it's location....I was disappointed all the way around. On the bright side...they do have a nice...

I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant after my move from LA. I went here for lunch the menu is extensive and the bar was well-stocked. I ate everything on my plate it was good but not exceptional. I asked the waitress several questions her answers were short and to the point and I wondered why she didn't take the opportunity to promote the restaurant. I guess servers aren't trained in that, but it's so important. The restaurant is in a shopping center in back you wouldn't know it was there unless you were looking for it. I didn't even think it was open but I took a chance and opened the door. They are only open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. there's a lot of untapped potential there. It's part of a chain in our area. I'll have to go try some others. Nice...

Walking in and getting to make sure h great memories with my family we choose this resort and I'd have to say another 5 star rating for this Mexican restaurant... the carni Asada was so tender... our plates were fresh, absolutely perfect thanks to the cooks there...the orders were adequate right, hot and I was very happy... ce to review restaurants in the area and this place for Mexico food is a must... our server was perfect there and always asked if we needed anything, refills she was on it...loves the singer as well as they had there just a great touch to the restaurant... got to say good job to this Mexican restaurant, and all the staff there... can't wait to come back and enjoy some great food...
