Dorothy's — Hotel in Lake View Township

Terrible place stayed in room #7 my lucky number. Anyone that stays in that room will be unlucky. The bed is crammed into a corner only way to get in it is to climb. No access on either side of the bed. Check it was terrible the woman was very unprofessional we had to talk to her on some ring doorbell she would not open the foor it was like fort Knox getting in there and we paid in full she did not want to be there it was like we were bothering her sleep she just woke up you could tell. The cleaning later was very mean as well was banging on the door at 11:05 telling me let's go. I started getting dressed she barged in at 11:15 and said I have only 15 minutes to clean this room check out time was 11. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a bb. When I called for location instructions, the staff couldn’t have cared less. Their only response was, “Just put the address,” with zero effort to actually help. To make matters worse, I had a work van and had to park on public streets because they don’t offer proper parking. I formally requested a refund for the inconvenience, and they rudely refused without any consideration.

This place is a joke—they only care about taking your money and provide absolutely no customer service. If you’re looking for a place to stay that values guests, stay FAR away from Dorothy’s. They don’t deserve...
